Pods was courteous, timely, kept me informed of the transport. It was a wonderful experience and the contents was just as we packed it. Highly recommend

Competitive pricing. Friendly drivers. Very easy to deliver and pick up pods. All my items made it safe across country. Problems are website issues, near impossible to do anything on website without issue. They quoted me a price and after I signed they cancelled and then charged me higher, spent weeks on phone getting original price agreed too.

Reserving a container and scheduling delivery was an easy process. PODS representatives were honest and helpful. Upon scheduling for pick-up, the agent was very helpful and successfully scheduled the pick-up to occur within days.

They tried changing the pricing on me. Horrible communication. I was told I would get a pro rate of the monthly storage back then they denied doing that.

3 months for 3 pods cost me almost $8,000! If, I ever move again I will get a uhaul and a local storage unit.

In all honesty, if I could rate the delivery drivers and SOME customer service reps separately, I would. The drivers are awesome and most of the reps I’ve dealt with were great as well. Where it lacks is the business overall AND management within the business.I booked 3 containers for a military move, 2 -16’ and 1 - 8’. Drop off went without issue (aside from a non-English speaking rep who decided to drop it in Colorado Springs, when I Lived I. Las Vegas), the two 16’ containers were dropped off and picked up without a problem. The drivers were great. Once the 8’ got rescheduled by a guy who spoke English and even said that the other CS rep SHOULD have done but didn’t, did that 8’ container was dropped off and picked up without issue. Now here lies the MAJOR problem. A 16’ and an 8’ container, they wanted $7,000 to ship from Las Vegas to Huntsville, Alabama. No big deal, that’s reasonable. The first 16’ I ordered, they want over DOUBLE what they charged for the single 16’ that I had to add to the container! So they want $9,500 for a SINGLE 16’, where the other 16’ was being shipped for $4400, and then TWO containers shipped for $7200!I got a price for a moving company to unload and ship it all from LV to Huntsville for $6,000!I spend 3+ hrs on the phone with them where their CS reps AND their supervisors all said I should be paying the $4400 for the 2nd 16’ container but apparently “someone above them” will NOT agree and they said if he wants his stuff shipped, he will pay the $9,600!” That’s also AFTER a “military discount”!So in all, they’re willing to LOSE a $4400 sale, let alone their outrageous $9600 sale, because they won’t match the price they had the other container shipped for. It’s weird too that their own employees agree but someone in “billing” doesn’t. Their own driver agree with it as well as I have spoken to them when they delivered the PODs that WERE shipped for the $7,000 price tags for TWO containers!I worked in customer service prior to the military, this is NOT a “customer is always right” situation but rather more of an “if I were in business, I would rather a REPEAT customer and that customer to spread the word of how we worked with them to come to a common goal while still making a profit versus losing a customer and getting a negative review, especially with the military who could always be repeat customers!” But that’s my humble opinion. So ultimately, I would have to say that I would RUN, don’t walk from this company at all. Even being military, which I don’t advertise to get discounts unless it’s openly stated they do, I would NEVER again use PODs.***UPDATE***So, I sent an email, as requested and it's been a week, with nothing. As far as the response about price-matching, its different if I was asking you to price match a competitor but this is your OWN company so it isn't price matching.

Im gonna be honest with y’all… you need to work on the attitudes of whoever is answering the phone calls. I asked her to questions and he response both times was “I literally just told you that!” I work in customer service and that is not how you ever speak to someone….

They were quick to respond and communicated when they were dropping off and picking up the container. Great value for the price.

We had a wonderful experience moving across country with Pods (Phoenix, AZ to Huntsville, AL). They were very responsive, considerate and prompt. Our unit was handled with care and all things agreed upon in the contract were fulfilled. It was also significantly less expensive than a uhaul and it provided us the flexibility to store our things without having to move them multiple times for a short term lease. I highly recommend using a pod for a move.

The services provided were not adequately explained. Apparently each location is franchised and fees add up with multiple transports. Additionally, although our location was listed on the website, the local franchise did not want to deliver there. I was told I would have to pick it up at their warehouse. Pods main office intervened and the CSR was very helpful. I still incurred an extra charge to get the pods to our front door. All in all PODS seems great for local moves and storage but for the cost and aggravation of moving long distance with them I could have thrown out all our furniture and bought new.Update: Both Pods have been gone for a month now, since the end of Sept. I was charged another rental fee for Oct so I called and complained. That was taken care of but I was then charged again for Nov. I called Pods and they corrected the charge a week later. Talk about not adhering to a contract!!! An apology would be appreciated. I am surprised they didn't charge me to correct their errors.

Efficient scheduling, pack at my own pace takes the stress way down, drivers were really personable and professional. Multiple drops and deliveries over 2 different PODS and had ZERO issues.

A Pod worked great for me. I needed to move stuff out of the house o get some work done. And the Pod being at the house worked great.
