Their customer service is extremely helpful and pleasant. Native New Yorker here, love that I can find Kosher food products here. I also find their meat department among the best.

Awesome Sandwich, I really love the deli. That's about all I go there for are the sandwiches and the cakes cakes are good too. The deli could be a standalone store all by itself. I do wish to cake slices were little larger though. A bit hard to use instalation there.
