Friendly and helpful are the operative words here. I went in pretty much to look at center channel speakers, but instead ended up canceling my order on Amazon for my new Onyko receiver and happily walked out the door with it, well, I was recovering from surgery, so they took it to the car for me. The cost difference was only the difference in Huntsville tax vs rural Marshall County, a difference I happily paid to support a local location. I have been in this location few times and I always feel appreciated. This will now be my go to spot for audio equipment!

I stopped by Electronic Express because of its location but I was surprised at all the inventory and decent prices. Dalton was very helpful with all our items.

Don't buy anything from this store I try getting a refund on a AC I got but thy toll me they didn't have enough money to give me my refund back so I'm still waiting what a joke

We purchased a refrigerator on Thursday and it was delivered today(Monday). From walking into the store to our refrigerator being delivered and installed it was an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend buying your appliances from them. The staff in the store was highly knowledgeable about the appliances. We were told as soon as we walked in that what they had out on the floor was in stock, which was a relief after some bad experiences shopping around at lowes and Home Depot. The two men that delivered our fridge did a great job and were very helpful! Can't say anything bad about our experience. Will definitely be going back to them for future purchases.

So...after my really bad experience at Electronics Express, Charles answered my last 1 star review and told me to come back for the previously denied refund. I did and got the refund! Should not have taken 2 trips, but Electronics Express is no longer on my naughty list. Thanks Charles!

I am updating a review that I placed long ago when this business first opened. Originally I gave them 5 stars due to their great service in addition to the products they carry and how welcomed I felt. I have purchased several items since then, but I'll never go back. My latest purchase was a $400.00 gaming chair for my grandson. The chair broke on half within 3 months of purchasing it. Even though I purchased an additional store "replacement warranty" in excess of the price of the chair, they have refused to replace the chair. First, they said they didn't cover anything that assembled by the customer. The chair was purchased assembled by them and taken from the showroom floor. In fact, they loaded the fully assembled chair in my vehicle. Then, it was up to the manufacturer to replace the chair, which as if today, November 23, we are still without a chair. Do not purchase their warranty. It serves no purpose!! This is a "pass the buck back and forth" game with them and the manufacturer, which leaves us out $500.00

Horrible customer service. Call and they tell you one thing and when you get there nothing they can do. I wouldn't let anyone shop there your better off at best buy or Amazon.

First of all I feel safe when I go in. Employees and shoppers are wearing masks. Priestly was my salesman and he did such a good job explaining the smart TVs to me. He was patient with me. This was my third time to purchase from this store. They have a great selection of technology supplies and they have the TCL Roku tv which has great ratings. I have loved all their products so far and will continue to go there instead of going to the big box next door.

UPDATE: 05/19/2020 ~ Zion took ownership of this issue and ordered a new monitor for me while allowing me to use the demo until the new one arrived. Zion was easy to communicate with and promptly emailed me as soon as the new one came in for exchange. I am sorry my first experience with EE went so badly. I may give the store a second chance when the need comes.

Looking for a gaming PC. I was going to build one from scratch, but found the parts and case were higher than one already built at Electronics Express. It was last years model, but the prices online were still the same. Exactly what I was looking to build.

Josh gave us undivided attention in finding what we were looking for while offering excellent products within our budget! Amazing customer service, Josh is a Leader in the field. Electronic Express and their customer base is blessed with Mr Martin.

Great experience today! I had broken the frames of my 3 mos old glasses and was looking for a frame to fit my expensive, progressive lens. Wasn't sure I'd ever be able to find any, but it was worth a shot. Abby very quickly found a frame that fit my lens perfectly. Thank you for your help and I will be back to get my next pair of glasses.

I actually had a very good experience at Eyemart Express. Unlike usual at most doctor's just a short wait and a friendly staff. Got my prescription very quickly then next door to pick out frames. Also waited on me very quickly said it would take 2 hours for glass to be ready. They texted me 30 minutes later saying they were done. While I was waiting to shop for glass received a 50 percent off coupon by email you can also go to their site earlier ad get one. This just made he experience that much better. Thank you. In today's day and age most place let you down. But not here!!!
