This Kroger's is convenient for the residents of the NW Huntsville are but the service and products are simply subpar to other areas of the city. For example, the store is grossly understaffed whether it be skills or the number of employees available. Additionally, the products are most often close to use date or expired. This is a huge concern and perhaps related to the understaffed and unskilled work problem. Nevertheless, the prices at the store has not changed. Real examples of challenges:1. On multiple occasions, I have made it home to find I am missing groceries. Yes, I went back for my products or a refund but that actually cost me more money and time because of lack of attention to detail.2. I have tried for over 3 months to get service in the deli with the sliced meats. At one point I was told the person only works certain hours (really!) and to come back. There was actually someone there but wasn't trained well because the meat and cheese was cut horribly.3. Purchased salad dressing on 4/1/2022 at full price and it expires in July 2022. And this is not an April Fool joke.4. Seafood...customer serve is unfriendly and the seafood quality. 5. The pharmacy, we have requested multiple times to have my mothers prescriptions all put on the same day to no avail. We receive 2-3 calls a week to pick up. Two weeks ago we received a call to pick up and showed up the next day and the prescription wasn't even ready. This is after two calls. Last week we pick up a 90 days supply of medication to get home and find 20 pills but we were charged for 90 day supply. How many medically illiterate customers would not have realized they didn't receive all of their medication?I am not a resident of Huntsville. I am only here caring for my I'll mother. I am applaud at the service provided by Kroger's in NW Huntsville.

This place is horrible I would give it 0 stars if I could there was people hitting on me left and right and following me around and I felt like a was going to get molested by someone they were out of everything I needed and they tried for charge me 20$ for some dayum chips absolutely not!

It was a little sketchy, but it did have a gas pump at this Kroger so we were able to use the points I have on my Kroger card. Ran in to grab excedrine and ended up with a couple other things.

Dayla is always extremely nice and helpful when I come here. Never let her go because she gives the best customer service that pharmacy has ever seen!
