I like the RSA Exchange! I've been here numerous times over the years. I used to get my nails done regularly at a small-ish nail salon in the PX with my best friend who is a retired Army spouse and has the credentials to go to the Commissary and shop inside the PX. Which we always did on our "spa day."The food court has a Popeyes and a Charleys, there is a barber shop, an alterations shop, a General Nutrition Center, an Optical shop called "Vista Optical." I'm not sure if the nail salon is still open. There were always vendors lining the hallway outside the PX entrance. There used to be a Cinnabon in the food court area. Often, there would be a BBQ food truck outside, too. There are a Regions bank, an RFCU, and a Burger King in the parking area. I think there is a Starbuck's also in the same general parking area. On the north side of the parking lot, you can "park and sell" vehicles, including RVsAcross the street is the Class Six and gas station with a (not drive through) car wash.

It's old, but has most of what you would expect it to. I found one ATM. Exchange didn't have too much. It's alright.

My only complaint is the boys (kids) clothing section really lacks. Generally, it's for younger boys (maybe up to age 7) pretty sparse for the 8–12-year-olds when I've gone. Love the shoe department for men & women, as well as the adult clothing section. It's always very clean and the latest styles or products on shelves.

I worked there up until June 27th, 2023. Until, I was separated “for cause.” But, the truth is, that I was born with autism, and ADHD, and PDD-NOS with OCD tendencies. The GM tried to work with me, and everyone else did too. But, I was treated disparately from Day 1 when I started at the Martin Road location. When the company separated me, after that, I knew that I had to sue the Exchange for breaching my rights under ADA! So, yes! If anyone from this business reads this, I would like to ask that these issues be addressed, including no climate control in either one of the sheds! And, everything else, including no benefits for intermittent employees, which I was in that status. But, that category is being excluded from benefits, which is unethical and wrong! At least MWR practices what they preach as a government agency! The Exchange as a company doesn’t do that at every location, all across the planet! Thanks for reading this!

Decent selection, but not as good as other locations we've been stationed. There are no salespeople on the floor to help in cosmetics or other places

It's a PX. There is nothing special about this location. It's probably smaller than most Exchange PX/BX and fewer deals. The employees are kind, and the store is clean. My biggest complaint would be the limited hours of the food court since COVID.

I will NEVER shop the px or any other on post stores! If you can't wear a mask because of a documented medical condition they will treat you WORSE than a common criminal! Within 1 mins of entering the PX, I was told to put my mask on. I politely showed my id tag stating that I have a medical condition and can not wear a mask. He then immediately got on his walkie and 2 other lady workers asked me where is your mask. I told them the same thing. They didn't look happy as they radioed another worker. I heard other walkies throughout the store talking about me so I decided to leave. On my way out a guy mopping with some really noxious fumes told me I HAD to wear a mask. I said I'm leaving anyway but I DO have a medical exemption. He said it doesn't matter!! SMH!! P.S.- their prices are very high and selection is mediocre at best.

I have shopped at exchanges all over the world and unfortunately for me I chose to retire and live near the absolute worst exchange I have ever been to. The staff at this exchange does not care about customer service or satisfaction. I purchased a gun online and had it delivered to the store. I went to pick it up and the gun counter was closed for inventory during normal business hours. I came back a week later and they were doing inventory again and stated they would open in one hour. I returned an hour later and they said it would be 4-5 more minutes. 30 minutes later the manager said they were just finishing up and it would be another 5 minutes. I said that is what they said 30 minutes ago. She looked at the gun counter staff and said "pay no attention to him". That is the manager folks! I had already paid for the gun so I had no choice and waited another 45 minutes to get the gun. On the way home I stopped at two local gun shops and it was $50 cheaper at one and $85 cheaper at the other. It was only a $300 gun so even after tax it was much cheaper at both. Please do yourself a favor and save a headache and money, shop out in town. I will never return to this excahnge.

This exchange is pretty small, and the selection of merchandise is super basic. You would think that with Redstone being home to basically nothing but senior leadership, the Exchange would cater to that crowd with higher-end merchandise... but thats not the case. It is clean and well maintained, but just barely a step above walmart quality products. The electronics section has some nice things, and the gun counter is well stocked... but everything else seems somewhat lacking. The food court is just sad; only Popeyes, Charley's, and Subway.

Between the lies of when my TV would be shipped from both the PX and the garbage FragilePak bullcrap they use to ship, no chance Id ever buy online from the PX again. It’s been a month since my TV “shipped” and now the date to schedule delivery has been delayed yet another week. Not to mention you can’t cancel an order. Trash.

Absolutely fed up with the arbitrary rules on price matching.!! I have no plans in ever stepping foot into this pathetic retailer. Price gouging veterans. Robbing them blind with a F you for your service..

There appears to be something very wrong with the phone system. The message keeps coming up that 'the account hasn't been set up yet' and puts you in a loop back to the operator. So calling is useless.
