The branch is great!! If you have a fraudulent or scam transaction Regions corporate will not help you. I have a personal account and two business accounts. I’ll never suggest Regions to a friend or family.

Worse banking experience I've had. The manager is rude. She doesn't make eye contact, she talked down to me while looking at the computer screen, even though I was not doing a transaction.I will be closing out my account and never returning as a customer

I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years I don’t appreciate the way the manager named Heather made me feel today and thinking about taking my banking needs somewhere else . I was walking out of the bank with 3 money orders and the wind blew them all out of my hand and they went flying away and I went back inside to talk to a teller about stopping payment on one of those that I didn’t find . The teller was a little confused bout which steps to take and stepped into her office to ask for help . I was standing outside her office while he was trying to find out what to do and I could tell she was was annoyed with both of us for interrupting whatever she had going on with some other people that worked there and she told me I needed to go check my car again and I knew it wasn’t in my car because I never made it to my car . So I continued to stand outside her office to hear what was going on and she proceeded to get annoyed with me for standing outside her office and told me to go have a seat . I have a right to stand wherever I want in the lobby . Just because she was annoyed doesn’t mean she can treat me any kind of way . If she didn’t want to be bothered she could’ve closed the door to her office . She did not show any compassion for me today and I could tell she was annoyed with the teller too .

Went in to get a money transfer for the first time ever. Only had to wait a couple of minutes for service. The whole process was explained to me and completed in a matter of minutes!Great services from Mimi!!

Horrible customer service . I see now they have a 2 stars . Their Tellers are not helpful at all . Rachel didn’t offer any type of other solutions . When u go in the bank people standing around. Took someone 5 minutes to get to me I was the only one there . They didn’t acknowledge me there until I spoken up . I will be closing my account with regions . Worst bank ever

Came in with lots of questions about opening my first credit card and I was somewhat nervous about it, Rachel was a huge help and such a sweetheart, she put my mind at ease and provided an abundance of help and options to suit my needs. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be coming back.

They closed my account without a real reason and taking forever to send my funds back to me. They tell me it will come and they don’t know how long it will take. It’s been over 2 months since my account was closed and yet to receive MY MONEY.. i will never bank with them again and i have told my family members to leave them.

Because I don't have an account with them they charged me $20.00 to cash a check from one of their account holders. Shame!
