I've been a tenant for years and this place is not the best. Gates never work right, the gravel lanes are always a mess. Potholes everywhere and sometimes the gates are wide open making me feel like my items in storage are very insecure. It is fairly reasonable on price however.

Very nice and clean drive, storage units look very nice. You have to pull right up to gate when wanting to exit the parking lot.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! I have been with this place for 8 or 9 years. At first, I had no complaints. The last year or 2 not only has the appearance gone way down hill, the security has gone downhill and the management has gone out the window. I have had attitude problems with Barbara since the first time I met her. Now, here's why I'm angry and finally writing a review. after all these years, never ever being a day late with a payment, I missed my payment in November. Now, it was my oversight. I thought I had paid everything but I was having family issues. My father committed suicide on Halloween and I rushed to Florida. when barb called me a week or so later, I apologized told her I'd have to check my bank account to be sure it hadn't been paid and I explained to her what had happened with my father. Well, with all the crazy going on, I forgot until the first of the month when I went to start paying everything again. after another call threatening to cut my lock, I told her I would get it paid and then I lost my phone in Florida with all my ways to pay in it. I called storage at 8am Monday the 6th from my daughters phone, left a message that either I'd call back or she could call me on that phone and I'd make 1 months payment by phone and bring cash in the next day for the second month. when I called her back around lunch, I was informed that my lock had already been cut before my 8am message I had left. Really??? All these years and I'm 36 days behind, dealing with a family crisis in another state but I am in contact with you and this is the treatment I received. I find it disgusting. this is how a long term client is treated. and on top of that, she lied and said that it had to be paid in cash, money order or cashiers check. she told me I could not use a credit card nor could I make a partial payment. all lies. I could of made a partial payment, it was her choice to not allow it. I could pay it online with a credit card but I guess she wanted to see me sweet face. thing is, it's been paid online. here's another thing, most storage places now aways, gives long term tenants a break. just a little bit of discount on rent the longer you stay. mine at this facility, has steadily gone up thru out the years. well, guess what I'm doing.... yep I'm tired of driving by that place and seeing the gate wide open and the weeds knee high. it looks like a dump. it took 4 or 5 months for them to get a new gate installed when the antique old one they had got hit by lightening. months with all of the units at risk. they didn't care. blamed it on the contractor. said it was his fault the new gate wasn't in yet. several of the units had been broken into a while back.... did they notify all tenants that their unit may have been compromised.... nope. the people who run this place have no managerial training that I can see. they are as trashy as the site itself is. I know this was a long read but I felt that it was more a necessity to do and maybe it will help others make a better choice than this place. just drive by and look at it. you'll be able to tell how run down it's starting to look

The employees are really friendly and helpful. The storage facility is very clean (inside and outside)..They're conveniently opened 24 hours a day,.. The security is greay, including gates and lots of security cameras.. And the price is affordable as well :) I would highly recommend this business to others who need storage.

I use to keep my things at SmithStoreit on Hwy 72, but once they sold out to Storage Sense, I moved my things to Ryland Mini Storage, Kelly knows her stuff and was super helpful from one manager to another, Kelly is the best, plus the brand new climate building is nice and clean, just how I like it! Keep up the hard work Kelly!
