I believe we been using Safe Mini Storage for over a year, and I continue to find that the staff is the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered in an environment where customer service is waning. I've alao had no issues with the unit itself. We are very happy with this facility.

I just recently started renting from this storage facility but they seem to be very professional. The units are very clean, the property is very well maintained. The pricing isn't bad and the staff seemed to genuinely know what they're doing and care about their customers. I definitely would recommend this storage unit to friends and family or to complete strangers looking for a good storage facility with decent pricing and 24 access to your unit is also a plus.

I love being with Safe Mini Storage. They are very nice people to deal with. The storage rooms are clean and taken care of. I don’t have to worry about storing my stuff there because there are lockdown protection is awesome. I would recommend Safe Mini Storage.

The workers at my local Safe Mini Storage are actually incredible. Usually I’d walk in and expect some dry person with little customer service skills, but I have never met a person who works there who wasn’t a joy to be around. They make asking questions very easy as they always have an easy to understand answer!

I’ve heard Safe Mini Storage at two different locations. One in Brownsboro, AL and the other in Huntsville, AL on Winchester road. Both locations were spectacular! They have very clean units, I love that there isn’t any gravel and unit is surrounded by asphalt as it keeps items cleaner when dropping off, the rates are the most competitive I’ve found in comparison to several I’ve looked into, the fact that I have 24-hour access is great, they now have an app that allows me to open the gate from my app vs having to enter my passcode every time and the management at both were amazing to work with! Always friendly when I’ve spoken with them. Keep up the great work!
