I was thinking about getting a membership there so I took and insta cart run there. I asked for a box and the lady was super rude and said to get it yourself ! I never went back ! Everything was unorganized and everywhere ! Just a mess! Never would pay money to shop there.

Yes, i'd like Sam's Club a 100%. The prices are reasonable but I wish the membership feed was not so much but I like going in there. Shop with my mom and we love buying sugar-free lemonade. I like buying prime. But I need more flavors. I want to buy the lemonade one but they don't have it. I can't find it Anywhere in the state of Alabama yet. But i'm gonna keep looking like keyboard bulletin

Shout out to Carrie in merchandizing!!! She was busy moving items and stopped to help me. I don't shop for large items and had no idea where to find anything! She walked around with me and my list and helped me pick up all the huge items. Carrie even sent me over to another section while she went isles over to get something else I needed! Good:The new app includes the ability to place food orders for the Cafe while you shop is a game changer. No more long lines to get a hotdog!Bad:The Cafe is often out of pretzels and the fountain drink machines are either out of syrup and/or carbonation.

My almost 86 year old mom asked for assistance getting gas. The young man working told her to read the instructions on the pump. He told her numerous times “I told you to read the instructions”. I’ve called Sam’s from Florida to report this several times and no one in management has returned my call. Unacceptable!

I had to return a Dyson vacuum cleaner, and they went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Thank you Sam Walton! Thank you for the beautiful and delicious wedding cake my best friend/sorority sister and Sam's employee purchased for a recent virtual wedding attendance we helped with! It really was a lovely cake even though the yutes today don't know what the color "mauve" is. Having whatever version of the "prime" Amazon level that Sam's offers is worth its weight in gold especially since C-19! My discounted membership ( TIP: buy one on sweetdeals.com, it's half price and it's offered for sale on the regular!) Has more than paid for itself since renewing it last year! This company has their stuff in one sock as sorority sister would paraphrase. I ordered some items last Sunday. I never check the email affiliated with the sam's account for status and I don't have to - these Santa's elves had them on my front porch in Athens Alabama the next day! Long before the app's specified delivery date! Gas prices being what they are, it's great that Sam's still has great Petro offerings with a person on staff at each of Huntville's 2 Sam's to help out when you have issues (which is rare). Back to the savings: for Christmas my family is going to The Bottle for dinner in Huntsville and Sam's has $100.00 The Bottle (also good at Humphrey's) gift cards for sale. Favorite sister and I got one each last weekend (thank you Christine!) Another Pro TIP: gift your second sam's card to a friend or family member and they can enjoy the epic savings too! It doesn't have to be your beloved spouse or significant other. Last comment is for Sam's customer service. Unlike Wal Mart, I never feel 100 IQ points sucked from my cerebral cortex when contacting either in store Sam's Customer Service Reps or their toll free number reps. Each call has been kind, succinct and always in favor of the Member! Bravo Sam's. Don't change. You make life easier and I am grateful!

Stocking up or maintaining two households (e.g. consulting), Sam's Club options for planned meals, cookouts and wine-tasting parties. Also, there's a cafe for snacks if you've been rushing all-day. Staff is always friendly and knowledgable about the inventory. (Must buy a membership.)

Went in to buy a shelf and for the garage and was told that a team member was coming to help. Waited twenty minutes in the aisle. Went back to the member services they paged over head. Waited another fifteen minutes. Still no one showed up. Pathetic.

Getting gas at Sam's club is an exercise in patience not matched by any measure of torture any person could ever express in words. OMFG 30 minutes watching every manner of ridiculousness. People stretching hoses across cars, staring at the pumps like it's a foreign language ; god forbid this place have an attendant to manage the traffic or tomfoolery. Save your time, your sanity, your marriage; go to Chevron!
