I just received 5 items from a 14 item order. I was charged the full amount.They show order delivered. No one can tell me what happened. They can tell me they'll try to issue a refund in 24-72 hours.I just paid $135 for propel, Gatorade, sweet potatoes and queso!What in the world? It's theft, but is it the delivered or the store?

Horrible experience. Management didnt respond when I left 3 messages today. Rude to older customers! So disrespectful and no one seems to care.

Gassed up and paid $2.89 for regular gasolina woohoo. Arrived early on my way to work so no line, spit out my receipt and felt like things went just my way. Thanks Sams Club gas, I'll be back. Also attendant present walking the pumps helping folks out, nice!

We took a trip to Sam's Club Sunday at store opening time to stock up on supplies. I used an electric cart to get around due to my knee needing surgery. Many adults do not pay attention to the foot/cart traffic. I had several adults stop in front of me. I made sure I was not tailgating to prevent running into someone and causing injury. The children were sweet and moved carts so I could pass by. Some of the items we regularly buy weren't in stock like sandwich bags, medium plates and cherry bomb tomatoes. They do not sell pizzas by the meat/roast chicken counter like they used to. Sunday there were roast chickens. Yay! The last time we went the chickens were sold out. All the other items we normally buy were in stock. There was 1 full service register manned and 4 self service registers open. I was surprised it took about 1.5 hours to shop. If you have a large family and need to buy in bulk, Sam's Club has many items for purchase at reduced case prices.

I ordered a set a four Goodyear tires and installation on June 30. It was supposed to be a three to six day delivery to the store. On July 16, I decided to check on the order since I had heard nothing. After trying to contact the tire center several times, I finally got someone to answer the phone. I asked about my tire order and was told that they order the tires from a vendor and then hope for the best. I was told that there is no way to check with the vendor for the status. I contacted Sam' Club on messenger through their Facebook site on Jul 17. They said that they would be willing to cancel my order and I could reorder them at $30+ more per tire. Obviously, they have the tires, they just wanted to delay until the price went up.

My husband and I were just as happy as we could be this afternoon going into Sam’s to buy a few things and to look around, we’ll, that all changed when we had our exchange with the lady at member services. Belinda was her name. She was horrible. So rude and had a negative personality. She actually RUINED my great mood and my entire shopping experience. We simply got the few things we needed and left. She ruined it for me and I was no longer interested in looking around or being in Sam’s any longer than I had to be. Very disappointed in her bad attitude. Someone else should be helping members, not her.

When your website indicates you're open you should be open... Completely understand closing for Easter -however checked the website before driving 30 miles and it said store was open (example on how to do this with the Costco website that says they're closed for Easter.)

My trip to Sams today was an eye opener. One live cashier, the store was very crowded and another cashier allowed a younger woman to jump the line in front of several elderly & handicapped people, opened a register for her and checked her out and then closed the register, while other managers & cashiers stood in a group, chit chatting & not doing their jobs. I will never shop there again & am cancelling my membership. Discrimination of the elderly is not acceptable.

Horrible experience with curbside ready over an hour late, no communication, not able to contact the the store nor was their own customer service line able to reach anyone. Sent in a complaint and later received an email from the manger offering a gift card. No info was given in the email. I went to the store no one knew anything, said to contact him. I sent a another email and was told to call him next time I was there. Again the next trip no one knew anything, nor when he worked again. My call to the number I was given by him just rang and rang. I followed up again vis email with still no response for close to a week. I’m not sure why something couldn’t have just been left there to begin with and it doesn’t even matter anymore what’s done is done.. but this seems to be the level of customer service lately here anyway.

I've been to Sam's Club three times in my life and each of those times so when I had to get both Covid-19 shot and the booster shots. I received both shots at the Holmes Avenue location and I received the booster shot today at this location. The pharmacist at both Sam's Club locations were friendly and made sure I understand what I was getting myself into. They also answered any question I had about the vaccine and made sure I wasn't nervous.
