I heard Gunny Hoyt is now the club manager at 4776. In all my almost-20 years of working for Sam's, I never encountered another manager who was more lacking in basic manners and etiquette than Gunny. Apparently, nobody ever told him it's rude to interrupt people when they're speaking because he did it to me all the time. No apology, no "excuse me," no awareness that he'd done something wrong at all. Or maybe his ego is just too great for him as a manager to deign to be polite and respectful to lowly hourly workers. From what I saw over and over and over again, that's the kind of managers the company turns out, almost as if they're trained to be that way. At the same time I heard Gunny had taken over this club, I heard a bunch of their associates quit because they refused to work under someone so rude and unfair. Now, if that's how their MANAGER, who's supposed to set the example, acts, how can you possibly expect any of the club's associates to be polite and respectful? Besides, Sam's is always looking for ways to get rid of entire departments of positions so they can give the Waltons and the rest of the board of directors even more money because the billions they already have aren't enough. Want a pleasant shopping experience with a company that will put money into your local economy? Shop almost anywhere else.

Incredibly long wait times. Order not filled at the time selected. Poor customer service. Waited nearly over an hour after they said my order was completed.

Ok, we all know what we're getting into at Sam's club. Bulk buying and with a real OG of stores. They have some pretty cool sampling kiosks spread throughout the store. I highly recommend the convenience of using their Tire Center since they are a nationwide chain. They can test your patience, but it's super comforting when you have 1 place to go to anywhere in America.

Stop firing employees for 5 points and you guys won’t have trouble keeping help..through all these snow and ice storms you still required your employees to be there.their safety and property doesn’t matter?just as long as they clock in..Do better

I was thinking about getting a membership there so I took and insta cart run there. I asked for a box and the lady was super rude and said to get it yourself ! I never went back ! Everything was unorganized and everywhere ! Just a mess! Never would pay money to shop there.

Yes, i'd like Sam's Club a 100%. The prices are reasonable but I wish the membership feed was not so much but I like going in there. Shop with my mom and we love buying sugar-free lemonade. I like buying prime. But I need more flavors. I want to buy the lemonade one but they don't have it. I can't find it Anywhere in the state of Alabama yet. But i'm gonna keep looking like keyboard bulletin

Worst place to go to for automotive. I have never in my life been having such an awful time to get tires rotated. The people work there in auto has very very very bad attitude and talk like I shouldn't have came there. I wouldn't recommend this sams. Just ridiculous.

Sam's is always Sam's, they almost always have what I went for.Update 2-Feb-2023:Slow curbside pickup, I waited over 15 minutes after I arrived/checked in.Update 13-Sept-2023:Sam's needs to do something about staffing. I ordered pickup between 6:00 and 7:00. I interpret this I can't pick up before 6:00 and I must pick up before 7:00. I arrived at 6:20. I waited until 6:40 before going inside. At which point I was informed they were still "pulling 5:00 orders." She did tell me she would take care of me next - and did. It was 6:55 when I got my order.

Usually they are a 5 star for me...today meat was brownish. It has been on the shelf too long. Worse yet...got through the checkout line only to find the door check line was backed up past the fast food counter. This seems to be a reoccurring thing here.

NEED to work on curbside pick up I waited for at least for 2 hours and I went for when it said for pick which was 3 and waited didn’t get my order until 5! My mother in law did an order for me she tried calling from another state never answer the phone and I tried calling the store as well no answer .

1 Star for customer service. One star added just because I like the store and prices. Pick-ups are never as they should be, tried today to call and ask a simple question. Phone rang and then just disconnected after 5 minutes the first 5 times I tried and then on the 6th, someone picked up and put me directly on hold. I finally hung up after 32 minutes on hold. I like the store, but the customer service is about as bad as it gets.

I’m a truck driver I got here at 9am on Saturday an hr before my appointment which is at 10am they have gave me a door and told me they would unload there product here shortly I have now been sitting in the dock for 2and a half hrs and still haven’t been unloaded I have called the store multiple times and the rude lady at the club member desk doesn’t answer and when she does she acts surprised that they haven’t unloaded me and says I’m calling them right now and still nothing happens and she leaves me on hold and doesn’t return I told them I have another appointment I have to make well apparently they don’t care cause I’m still waiting in the dock, I even went inside asking for the gm they won’t let me speak to him and turn me away. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and rude and when I call now no answer from them at all
