Bank is OK, lots of nice people. I would give their online banking a negative star. My wife pays the bills and forbids us from leaving and going to another bank. The online banking is probably late 90's technology, poor reports, an abomination of technology. I hate it, it alone is worth staying clear of this bank if you use online banking. I don't have a clue why we're still using them after 13 years. On another note, Jack Henry and Associates is who has the contract for their banking. They must be cheap because they suck.

Laura made my time at ServisFirst the most pleasant banking experience of my life. She's a fabulous employee and a wholesome human being deserving of a big raise. What a sweetheart!
