90 % of the time I stop here the pumps do not work I spend $160.00 a week here now I get pissed off and go across the street to the chevron. Every once in awhile I can understand but 90% of the time

Not once had an issue pumping gas at this location. Never had an issue period like in these other reviews. I've gotten gas here several times and I'm always in and out.

Building looks nice and modern inside and out. I live just a block away so i was excited to see a nice looking place get built.Unfortunately the pumps are terrible. The main reason to go to a gas station is to get gas but if the pumps are bad it ruins the whole experience. For a new station the pumps already feel outdated. It is obvious the screen's software was designed for a touchscreen but they are not. Frequently the pump's program freezes or does not work correctly. Judging by the other reviews it is a commonly experienced problem. Why has it not been corrected? The workers there must hear complaints every day about it.

Half the time I come here to get gas the pumps get frozen on the join shell membership club or something after taking my credit card so I have to mash buttons for about 5 minutes until it unfreezes so the next person who comes in doesn't pump gas on my card. How this consistently happens is beyond me. I hate this place with a passion

For a newer location, these are the worst pumps. They rarely work and today, one stopped on me twice. I spoke with an employee and all I got was, "it says there's nothing there". I had absolutely no issue with the Chevron directly across the street.

The pumps get hung up on the rewards section. Beware, I left without getting gas earlier this week on pump #12. I got a receipt that I got $0 on gas but my credit card was still charged $200..... waiting to see if incorrect charge shows up on my credit card.
