Please move the tall lady off the morning shift. She is clearly not a morning person, nor is she suited for working with the public. She is consistently rude, which makes the experience unpleasant. I continue to return because everyone else at the store is friendly, but she is not a good fit for a customer-facing role. She would likely be better suited for a back-office or stocking position. For the sake of customer experience, please remove her from the register in the mornings. I also left my name and number with another employee this morning. Feel free to give me a call.

I love this gas station. I know when I walk inI'll be greeted with a real friendly hello and a smile. Every time I've been in there all the employees are working hard to try to take care of people as fast as they can. Great gas and cigarette deals too.

I stopped by this gas station to put air in my car tires and paid $2.50 with a credit card. However, the compressor broke down and stopped working. I requested a money back but they refused saying it was installed by another company. I contacted the company and they told me to wait 30 minutes. I didn't have time so I just came, but other people should not use the air compressor at this gas station. They didn't even put a sign saying out of order. There are probably people other than me who have complained, but they are ignoring it.

Probably should fire that Cashier by the name of Mo. She has a real nasty attitude and refused to service me once I told her no about pumping outside. Customer service is trash.

Says open 24 hrs. Came at 3 am. Signs are lit up saying open, but front doors are locked? How do you make money if you don’t let customers in?

For being a Shell gas station in a prime location for West Huntsville traffic, it is *badly* in need of an upgrade. The pump interface is clunky and slow, the pumps themselves are slow as molasses*, and the parking lot itself is tiny and hard to navigate. The only reason why I ever visit it is that I have Fuel Rewards through T-Mobile and this is one of the best locations.Oh yeah, and the receipt dispenser hardly ever works.*Wrote this whole review, and it's only up to 6gal pumped

Came in for coffee at 5:00 pm and was told they don't serve coffee in the evening. I need coffee as I am an evening dental instructor until 10:00 pm. Guess I'll never patronize this store again as I always have.

This petco was the best for reptiles we have seen in a long time the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her name started with L and had a I in it she was great! I'm so sorry I forgot it but I would definitely go to her with any reptile questions!

Pump says it dispensed 18 gallons when I manually stopped it. My 2001 Ford Ranger tank's capacity is 16.5 gallons; normally pumps automatically stop before that point even when I'm "running on fumes". I was low but not at empty. Most charitably, 1.5 gallons / 9% more than possible. Hmm.

They aren’t open 24hrs. Stayed in a nearby hotel stopped by because online it says they’re open. I saw the cashier outside he stated he was closed however the website indicated they are open and the signage on the store flashed open. Very disappointed

DO NOT GO HERE. There are card skimmers installed. The business refuses investigate. I have a fraud case open with AMEX now regarding this.
