I give it a 4 out of 5 only because of wait time. If anyone is interested in buying a sleep number bed I would suggest that they go into a store and try out different beds. It was eye opening for me, when I thought just pick one and you’re good to go. NO that wasn’t the case. The sales people were very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with.

I am an insider and went into the parkway place location last night with my husband and son. I walked right to the bed I was ready to purchase and the gentleman didn’t even LOOK at us. Didn’t say one word. I waited for a few more minutes to be greeted and I walked out and purchased the iLE, flex fit 3, and one of the lifestyle beds online. I work in sales and was excited to do business there. I automatically felt like he judged us, didn’t even acknowledge us and because of that lost a great sale.

This review is for Parkway place only it has nothing to do with the sleep number bed because I haven't received it yet. We went in on a Sunday and purchased a bed but they were unable to give us a delivery date and told us it could be anywhere from 6 days, 14, to 30 days. Well on Monday we were notified that it was gonna be 45 days. I was very disappointed and was not expecting really 30 days of waiting my less 45. When you spend that much money on something and can't get your hands on it, it's really disappointing. I know society is all set on instant gratification and society includes me. I called and complained but of course they said there was nothing that they could do. That they don't have beds just sitting around in warehouses apparently they're not made until after you ordered AND PAY FOR them. It's very strange situation I'll tell you that, it's not like we special ordered anything.The store manager was very nice and explained to me All of the things that I have just stated. And what he said was true , expectation is everything!!! had they told us it could be up to 45 days to 2 months before we coukd get the bed I wouldn't be so upset.

Greatest bed I have ever slept on!! The remote has night light, vibrating, & the position you would like while sleeping,reading, or playing games on Cell, iPad, etc.

Do not buy from this company!!!! Nothing wrong with the employees of the store rather the beds they are selling and the customer service you will deal with a year later. My bed broke and was told it cost $500 to repair it which I reluctantly paid. They came out to repair it and it didn’t fix the problem and want to charge me for ANOTHER new part and Another service call. We spent way to much money on the bed now this.

Please Read - This is not about the store but rather the product they are selling.We purchased a bed there approx a year and a half ago. Total cost was nearly 9k. We looked at Sleep Number vs Tempur-pedic which owned previously and loved.What led us to sleep number was the features. Particularly the heated foot rest ends. We’ll they were great while they lasted. One side stopped working a few weeks back.After paying Sleep Number $500 to come repair it, they are now charging us another $500 to return in a few weeks and attempt to repair it a second time. It was not fixed today although they changed out a control panel. They are now claiming it could be the wire harness. We had to purchase a new one ourselves and if it doesn’t fix the issue, we will not pay again for them to come spend an hour and not repair the bed. It’s too steep a price and honestly they can’t tell us what they’re even coming back out for.This will be our one time purchase of a Slerp Number bed. We will return to Tempur-pedic the next time we purchase a bed. If a company can charge 9k for a product, then not stand by that product, and not even be able to repair that product, it’s not the product for us.Please consider these issues when deciding on a new purchase of a bed.

Once again, this store failed miserably. Wife went in to buy sheets, two employees were having a conversation with each other and totally ignored her, no can I help you? Nothing. After 10 minutes of being ignored, She walked past them as she left, they looked at her and continued their conversation.

Folks working in the store are outstanding!!! That is the ONLY reason they got 3 stars. My bed showed up after a 34 day order wait and it lasted 1 night before the air system failed and the bed went flat. They apologized and said they would replace the bad parts. Then told me they would deliver it 30 days later, under warranty though! After my displeasure was explained, they gave me a whopping 6.25% back for my trouble. It's working now, but reliability of the system is under question BIG TIME. Time will tell.

Shawna was an excellent salesperson! She helped me find exactly what I needed by asking questions and explaining your product in a way that made perfect sense to a person who doesn’t buy mattress every day. She was personable and patient as I went home to wait for a friend’s return call before making my purchase.
