I now live in Columbus Indiana and have for 4 years. Prior to that I lived in Huntsville AL for over 30 years. I have owned 3 different Infiniti M45 and had them serviced exclusively at the Huntsville Infiniti dealership. I had a professional and friendly relationship with their service manager and multiple service agents built on reliable service and value over time that resulted trust and even friendship.
Fast forward 4 years and I found myself back in Huntsville for a visit when my air conditioner stopped cooling. It was 96 degrees at the time. I called the dealership and they were able to get me in for this “emergency repair before I had to drive my car back on a 6 hour and very hot drive. And because I trust this dealership I decided to have them also do a full service while here. This exemplifies the dedication to service I have come to expect from Huntsville Infinity and is the reason why I miss them where I now live. The closest two Infiniti dealerships to me in Indiana have failed to earn my trust or business.

I highly recommend the service department!
I had taken my car to another place and was told it would cost $3,000 to replace the clutch. I took it to Smith infinity and determined the clutch was not the problem. They repaired my car and saved me $3,000!

Excellent service, as usual. I especially appreciate not being “sold” services I don’t need. For example, I asked if I needed tires. Kim said “not yet.” I really appreciated that honesty. And I greatly appreciated a loaner vehicle. No complaints…only compliments!

I had a disappointing experience with the service department at Smith Infiniti of Huntsville after taking my daughter's QX60 in for a check engine light. Despite spending over $2,300 on diagnostics and maintenance, the check engine light reappeared the next day. When we returned to the service dept, they indicated they received the same diagnostic reading but could only suggest running more diagnostics at additional costs. Seeking a second opinion at a local automotive shop revealed that the battery was corroded and the alternator was faulty—the battery supposedly was addressed by Infiniti and there was no mention of alternator issues in the multi-point inspection. Their lack of accountability and poor service in resolving the original problem is beyond frustrating and disheartening.

Sales team and manager are all extremely helpful and friendly. They definitely went out of their way to help me find the vehicle that fit my family's needs and fit my budget! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle amd I will definitely go back again.

Absolutely worst service department I have ever dealt with. Call for weeks with no return call or answer to setup service. So went to Nissan. Had to come back for a transmission warranty and worse now than it was before it went in
