Mr. Batchelor had handled insurance for a nephew before his death in 2021and I had met him at that time. I called him for advice when I did not get response from my own agent. He took time to advise and help me get a claim settled. He spent much time with many phone calls and was very patient with me. He showed the concern that State Farm promises to all their policy holders. He is a dedicated agent and will always be there to help when needed. Therefore, I have chosen him as my State Farm agent. I trust him to do as he promises!

We've been insured with Sonny for years (home, cars, & boat). He also insured my parents property. We've been very satisfied with this agency over the years. Recently, we had significant hail damage to our roof, and Jodi, with Sonny's office recommeded that we use Storm Guard Roofing for a new roof. The work has been completed, and they did an excellent job. Storm Guard did everything they said they would do. Sonny, Jodi and Yolanda with State Farm have been very helpful over the years. I would highly recommend this insurance agency. I would also highly recommend Storm Guard Roofing for any roofing needs you might have.
