Get a person who can type an address to send out a UPS. Your employee who has to be told how to spell every address and does not know how to type at all is a burden to your store and the long line of customers who want to send out using UPS. She is not the person who can do that job and makes your store look bad.

Went in for a laptop for work, I was greeted quickly even though the store was super busy. I explained to the associate what I was looking for, he explained pros and cons of the different brands making it easy to select the perfect device for what I needed. Saving me tons of money!!

Came here twice for passport photos. They messed up both times. On top of messing up the photos, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes the first time around while employees just talked. Recommend just taking a photo on FaceTime or get a friend to snap a picture of you.

The post office has wonderful customer service relative to this Staples. They shuffled me around to three different lines, and then made me feel bad for waiting in those lines. Horrible customer service. If you need to ship something, just go to the Post office.

This Staples needs to update their hours. Both their website and Google maps show them closing at 7:30pm on weekdays, but the sign at the door says they close at 6pm

This place deserves 0 stars. Was standing there for 5 minutes to pick up an order and not one associate helped me. They weren't doing anything but just talking. I was going to pick up 2 documents I needed printed but looks like I might need to get someone else to print them because no one helped me. Unacceptable, I work retail as well and the customer has to be put first and they did not do that. 3 associates, looked at me, and didn't ask "can I help you?".
Left with nothing y'all can keep my printed papers.

Our recent visit to the local Staples store on the Parkway was delightful! The staff was extremely helpful and patient in helping us find what we needed, and even recommended other local places that might have the one thing that did not carry. The guy who checked us out clearly explained the Rewards program and helped me download the app and set it up so I would get credit for our purchase.
I definitely recommend that we all visit frequently to keep this Staples open. The next closest is more than 10 miles away in heavy traffic areas.
