I got the best customer service from Ashley. She was extremely helpful and helped me find what I needed. She also walked me thru setting up the app on my phone. I really appreciated how friendly and patient she was.

Only bad experiences at this store. Do NOT use the Happy Returns service, they lost over $100 worth of merchandise. The first time I tried to use it, I waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they weren’t taking happy returns at that time (due to not having Happy Return shipping bags). No one thought it would be efficient to put a sign on the door or let any of the people in the Happy Returns line know that so they didn’t waste their time. When I came back a few days later to try again, they still did not have shipping bags, but nervously acted as though they found a way around it and accepted my items to be sent back. They never made it back and were never even scanned in at all. No clue where they are. Also tried to use them for a couple of poster sized prints, but after the website was glitching and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone after trying half the day, I went with my usual, Allied Photocopy and they had it done within 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time here!

Lets understand why big box stores are failing. Mispriced merchandise and poor accountability of staff. Employees standing around doing nothing to improve store'l which have empty/unorganized shelves, customers having to search for assistance, and hearing a manager tell me they remove shelf price tags because they continue to change. Truly this store's staff has No Understanding of their purpose or what is meant by a customer having a quality experience in their shopping.. oh almoat forgot... most of their products are over priced.. by 2-to-3x [times] normal value.

My wife just left the store empty handed. The manager said there were only two of them working, and he couldn't leave the front to get shipping boxes from the back, and the shelves were empty. No wonder the restroom was in awful condition as well. After years of shopping there, we will be moving our business to Office Depot.

The print department staff are so helpful, kind, and quick to respond! All staff and management are friendly. By far, the best Staples and store of it's kind that I've been to so I felt compelled to write them a nice review.

Gabby was amazing. I came in to pick up my order sent from Canva. Unfortunately, Canva did not disclose when I ordered that Staples does not do a full bleed on their prints. My expectations were missed. Gabby provided me with the information that Staples does not do full bleed then contacted canva to inform them of the incorrect information on their site.She then contacted me to let me know how to get reimbursed for the failed prints.The wonderful customer experience made the failed prints a lot easier to deal with.I miss great customer service - But Gabby has it. ❤️Thank you

Idk if she will see this, but I hope she does! Or at least gets some kind of recognition for going the extra mile. Gabby in the printing department was so awesome and helpful! She guided me to the best way to do a project on a budget, and was super personable and friendly the whole time answering all my questions! The poster ended up looking so good that it will be donated to my sons classroom, with her signature on the back. Thanks for being so wonderful Gabby!

OUTSTANDING!!!! In trying to find a printer, Daniel went out of his way to help me; he also helped my parents too . . . he, Noah, and everyone at this store reflect very positively on Staples; Corey spent a great deal of time with me in the store (and also by phone) to help me get everything running; this is a SUPERB organization!!!
