I love this learning center! My kids have been going since they were 12 weeks old. My kids are treated and greeted with love and open arms. Mrs. Kristy greets the kids with a hug and smile. My kids love all the teachers there as well. I would recommend this daycare to everyone. The kids have fun and do a lot of activities.

My children have attended Stepping Stones for years and we absolutely love this center and their teachers. My kids look forward to going to school every day and are treated like family by their teachers. I’m very protective and involved when it comes to the well-being of my children and trust Stepping Stones completely to care for my children with as much love as they receive at home.

The lack of empathy from the “caregivers”, if you can even call them that, here is astounding. Administration was informed of the emotional neglect & mistreatment of a young child witnessed and then they fired the whistleblower, saying “this is how things are done here”. Covering a child in a blanket on a chair because they’re crying for their parents is anything but comforting or caring.Definitely reevaluate sending your children here, clearly none of the people working here, including the administration, have the capacity to give the care that children need and deserve.

I’ve been taking my son here for 2 years, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Staff is great, caring and my son loves all of his teachers. He’s been consistently learning new things. Prices are very reasonable considering the market. I definitely recommend!

My kids have been going to stepping stones for about 5 years now. Starting when my youngest was 6 months old.I've loved every single staff member there. The day care itself has saved me relentlessly! They rarely ever shut down and when they do, it's completely necessary. They stay open during breaks so my school age kid has some where to go, they offer before and after school day care and take my child to school plus pick her up. They communicate everything very well so I never feel left in the dark. They feed them twice a day plus snack (healthy meals at that)They are affordable and the director and assistant director are personable, friendly, professional and LOVE all their kids at the day care!

My child spent a month with Stepping Stones. When we did our tour it was presented that my child would be being prepared for Kindergarten by a teacher who was getting a degree in early childhood education. I as a previous childcare provider understand that the month of December is all about the holidays. I could not for the life of me figure out why my child would come home to say that he hadn't learned anything throughout the day but watched movies and played. The cost for a 4 year old, potty trained, well speaking child is $158/ week and I could not see where my money was being spent. During the month spent here there was not one single paper to come home that showed he had learned anything especially considering the fact that this should be a Pre-K program. My son had a few accidents resulting in bruising and I was not informed by the adult that should have been watching him but informed by my child. When I asked the teacher she reported bc she didn't see a bruise she didn't make it a big deal. My expectations were high and that was my own fault. If you are considering sending your child to this daycare (glorified babysitter) reconsider. For the cost that you spend on childcare here you may as well hire a nanny.

They knowingly told an employee who had direct exposure and symptoms who works directly with younger children to come in and work. It ended up they were covid positive and has now exposed the entire daycare center to covid. This is extremely irresponsible and against health department rules which they seem to think do not apply to them.

Disappointed with childcare services. Questionable mishandling of little one.

What is fake about a review? A review is an opinion and everyone is entitled to that! When you are people young, old mentally challenged who don’t have a voice someone must speak and be transparent on their behalf. A parent must always advocate for their child. If there is nothing done wrong then support your staff and the wonderful daycare that you operate and show the video. It’s not a good feeling as a parent not knowing what did or did not happen to your child.

Appears to be a nice daycare at first glance. My children went for approximately six months with minimal problems. This is to be expected as no place is perfect. However, a situation occurred in which there was apparent rough handling and treatment of my preschooler. The director declined for us to see surveillance footage for the details of the event. The daycare admittedly reported that the teacher was inappropriate in her physically handling my child. When questioned as to whether it was abusive or not she stated "it was right on the line". What exactly does that mean? Apparently there is something to cover up and hide as we were not able to view the video footage. This has not been an issue before in seeing video footage as I have been allowed to do so on a prior visit. However when a sentinel even occurred all of a sudden the video is "top secret and confidential". Obviously there is a cover up and the video footage is worst then they report. The director and teacher were very tearful when we met for a meeting which is suggestive of guilt. Might I add the OWNERS are unprofessional and refused to meet with us. BEWARE!!

I know the owners personally and they would never ever put a child in danger or condone behavior of any sort. Most compassionate wonderful people/parents on the planet. I would trust them with my kids any day of the week.

There are countless dangerous situations that can happen at an unfit provider, with enough horror stories in the news to make for sleepless nights for a worried parent. I see that the horror story has came true for one unlucky lady. As I was considering signing my child up for STEPPING STONES daycare.
