I got a basic paint on my nails and toes nothing extra & the lady decided to use gel after I said no & my total was $65 but she said she can give me a discount of $50 never in my life have I ever paid over $30 for a service that takes 15 mins, this place is a rip off be careful!

I’ve been going there since they opened. I go in for a fill the lady starts taking all my nails off then she made my finger bleed two weeks to the day and this 70.00 new set is popping off.

I normally have a great experience when I visit . Today i was Rushed & Charged $80 for a short French tip , normally I’ll pay $65 . Sarah normally does my nails and does great but today she had to redo them for over filing them her attitude was also terrible. Then was told that she couldn’t do my French tip. Which I get the same exact thing every time I come . So she had Ben paint them and he rushed , wasn’t giving my paint enough time to dry before putting the top coat then blames it on me. For to be a returning known customer to come very often I will not be returning..

Me and my daughter just left. She paid $51 for a basic pedicure and was ignored when asking about a price for something. My pedicure wasn’t what I expected. No scrubbing of my feet, massaging and my acrylic toe is lumpy, wide and crooked.. job was rushed.. this was our first and last time coming here. Very disappointed! I could have done better at home. $75 wasted

I requested a waxing service. Both lower legs. The young lady who provided the service clearly did not know what she was doing. A 20 min job, turned into 45 minutes of wasted time. She was awful! And if that wasn't bad enough, I was charged 71 dollars!!! I will never patronize this business ever again!!!

Went in to get a full set and was out with a guy I’m guessing that didn’t quite know what he was doing. Paid $75 for my nails to pop off within a 3 days

I got my nails done the same day and they started pilling a couple hours after. I don’t know if they used old nail polish or what but it’s unacceptable.

Went in on Friday and got my nails done and some were on crooked, 3 nails also have popped off and it hasn’t even been a full week. So I went back in had the lady replace them… told me to find the color I had on them we couldn’t find it so she proceeded to pick out a color that was close and was saying that it… it wasn’t! & I told her at this point it doesn’t even matter because I’m turned off from y’all & disappointed. Then charged me for nails she had to fix when there’s no way 3 nails should pop off in less than a week! Trash! And I’llNever return.
