Customer service is excellent, I use the downtown drive through weekly for our company deposits. The Teller is always friendly and courteous. Leslie McGill is our business account representative and she takes real good care of us and is always a joy!!

Don't call customer care and expect any help. I've called twice and both times was told to go to a branch and let them handle it. Got a little bit of an attitude from the representative too. Not a very good business practice.

The construction-to-permanent loan department we met with this week agreed to expedite our application after reviewing our assets and debts since our builder was already approved. We were told 4 days later that our builder did not have enough history with them to move forward. We are very, very disappointed that they wasted a week in our very tight construction schedule. Be cautious of their perceived promises.
