Great price but service leaves ed. If you have issues they don't have techs to come out. Then if box is mailed to you and you have issues you have to pay a restocking fee or wait 2 days to have one mailed. This means that you are without service and that fee is $50.

Our salesman, Gabriel, was such a pleasure and very helpful. He helped us decide which phones fit best for us. He was patience and was easy to make small talk with. He was honest and had a lot of integrity in what product matched our wants and needs. I hope he has a chance to read this because I want him to know that was a much needed conversation and he is wise beyond his years. I pray that he reaches every goal he put out there. Gabriel you are a true inspiration. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This is the second time I have been to this store and every time I have had Kobe help me with getting home internet and extending my family plan to magenta Max. This employee is incredibly helpful, and very thorough with his job. He makes this store really enjoyable to come into. This is the type of employee that you want to max out their pay or promote them and keep them as an advocate for this store. Highly recommend working with Kobe.

I called in and visited this TMobile store on 3/24/23 around (2:45) pm. The team associates working that day was a guy named Ricky, a male manager and a young lady. My encounter was with the two males.You may deliberately be given the wrong information for whatever reasons at this location, depending on whose working that day. There's several TMobile locations in Huntsville. Always consult with other locations if you don't feel comfortable with the services being provided. If you have 4 or 5 locations telling you the same thing and one is telling you something different, then it's best to go elsewhere.There was a promotion going on so I was able to get what I wanted without paying any money down at another location.

Alonzo at this T-Mobile store was so very nice and polite! He offered the best customer service! So thankful for his kindness and his knowledge about all the products!

We went in around 5pm to upgrade our phone and we were the only people there. One of the employees started helping us and he was super nice. His iPad stopped working so he tried to get another female employee to help us. She started to but then started helping another man who had to leave his phone earlier. Then two girls came in and the employee that was helping us went to help them since he couldn’t help us apparently. The female employee was still helping the other man so we were waiting. The male employee then found he couldn’t help the two girls I guess and walked away from them, he apologized to us for the wait and said he would try his iPad again. It still didn’t want to work so we still had to wait on the female employee who walked to the back with her iPad and then came back out without it…so she went to go get it again and on her way back the two girls stopped her with a question. So the lady proceeded to help them for another 10 min or so…so we were stilllll waiting. Even though we were there before the two girls. We ended up just leaving without upgrading. Will most likely go to a different store that has working iPads and employees that help those who were there waiting already.

I had one of the most outstanding, over-the-top great experiences with the T-Mobile between the Chinese buffet and, Heidelberg German restaurant in the mini- strip mall just W of Research Pkwy on the 72. Kobe was incredible and not only a great listener and very patient, but he was also knowledgeable and had great follow-up with my complicated situation. On a trip with my Dad from Florida my phone simply froze. I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support and customer service and they could not get my phone to revive itself even with a hard factory reboot. So a replacement was ordered and I got it the next day but that one was also not in good working order.I went to the shop where Kobe worked and he helped me order another one. The shipment was delayed because it could not be shipped until the first return was received. The customer service rep over the phone didn't make that clear. Kobe gave me a loaner phone to use which was very helpful since my Dad lives alone and is not in the best health.When the 2nd replacement finally arrived there was a problem activating my phone and when Kobe's awesome manager, Dominique spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to escalate my issue to a senior manager who could bypass the 48-72 hr window she was told would be needed to activate my phone .Her persistence and Kobe's excellent communication, knowledge and follow-up made all the difference.I switched my sister from AT &T and my brother-in-law from Verizon on my military magenta plan and all 3 of us are very happy and never look back.I commend Dominique on her excellent hiring and excellent staff. In the day when corporations hire solely on how people look or how they conduct themselves outside of work in the bedroom, this store truly has a diverse staff that just happens to be outstanding in competence and merit as well. Rare nowadays. I highly recommend this store. One of the best customer experiences I have ever had!!

I walked into this store to talk about an upgrade offer I had on my account. They seemed helpful at the time, but a couple weeks later I found out that they added device protection to my account without my knowledge. This is very dishonest! I'm sure they get a commission for such fraudulent activities. BEWARE!!!

Perfect service, they help with smile.I'm 5 months pay 50 it's not cheap but it's worth it. The internet so fast all the time, no problems with the service.

I went in to pay my phone bill in cash since I only had cash at the time. The girl who talked to me took my information and then I paid her cash. She then went to the back of the store to get my change where I could see and hear her talking about things completely unrelated to another employee sitting down. I was waiting to get my change for 10-15 minutes before I finally walked up to her who was still holding the cash I gave her in her hand, while she was talking to another employee about walking her dog etc. Then she had to get all my information again on her tablet and do the whole process over again giving her my number, getting a code on my phone again. Highly incompetent employee and would not go into this location for any reason. Poor quality customer service along with complete disregard for your time.
