Once again, we had a wonderful experience at the Event Center at Roto-Rooter. The accommodations are perfect for our end of season drumline events. Katie is an absolutely wonderful event manager. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure that our event was a huge success. The pricing is perfect for our budget. We definitely plan to return again. I highly recommend them!

From the moment we walked in this place I’ve were greeted with Katie’s smiling face. Her customer service is top tier. My team raved about how helpful she was to them. We had an amazing Gala style event and this place was absolutely stunning! It was so much space so it allowed the decorators to truly deliver the vision. Hands down we recommend this place over and over again!

My company is a large, local real estate company with 300+ Agents, and finding a venue big enough AND affordable is a challenge at times. We hosted 100+ of our Agents from across North AL and Southern TN at this venue for a continuing education class and we can't say enough about Katie, Paul and the entire team at The Event Center at Roto Rooter. Who knew it could be such a breeze to host a large group at an offsite venue? We certainly didn't. Katie, Paul and the team were friendly, welcoming, accommodating, helpful AND they they did it all with a smile. The space is AMAZING! It's clean, large and open with endless possibilities. Parking is plentiful and they have everything you need (tables, chairs, A/V...EVERYTHING). We give them 10 stars!!! Thank you guys!

Really enjoyed hosting a baby shower for my grandson at Roto Rooter’s Event Center. It is a spacious and clean building that will accommodate any event with great additions such as lights, tables, chairs, and a stage.

Had a good time watching Dwarfanators midget wrestling. The event center is a decent size and obviously quite clean. The temperature was pretty warm in there. Good amount of parking.

My first time installing at Roto- Rooter was a breeze. From the first walk through to the event date , Katie was so helpful & informative about the event space . I would definitely suggest this venue to my upcoming clients . See you guys soon !!!

Wolves in sheep clothes. They appear to be nice good people until your one minute behind and they charge you $200 for 1 minute literally! No grace period. No nothing! Please be aware they also look for you to leave a piece of lent on the floor and that's also another charge. Highway robbery at its finest. Don't really recommend. They also complained about the music selection.

I wish I can give negative stars I was very disappointed in Katie action the way she treated my guest and DJ. We had a sweet 16th that went over ONE minute with the cleanup and they charged us $200 also gave very racial remarks and slurs. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any event Center in Huntsville, Alabama. If you are thinking about booking, please do not waste your money or anticipate to pay extra.

Recently hosted a fitness & worship event @ the Event Center. Katie was excellent with our ever changing vision & set us that was a fab! Tech setup was complex & they had everything we needed & more!
