The customer service that The Lioce Group provides is UNMATCHED! Amy and Dawn were our sales reps and provided excellent info and product details! They are always just a phone call away for any questions no matter how big or small and if we run out of ink or paper they will deliver asap! The techs that have came to assist have been very patient and so helpful as well!

Outstanding customer service! Truly a company that values the partnerships and relationships that they create with their clients. Our small, but growing, company has a 7 year relationship with The Lioce Group. We could not be more pleased with the sales and service team at TLC. We have recently upgraded our printers and added a postage machine to reduce our shipping costs. The addition of the postage machine was a need that they helped us uncover and then brought us cost effective solutions. We would give them 6 stars if we could!

We are very happy that we transitioned to using DocuWare as our document management system and that we chose TLG to service it. Great software and a great team to work with. Jay and Jacob have consistently gone above and beyond.TLG did such a great job with the software that we also decided to have them service our printing/scanning hardware as well. Highly recommend.
