"Where do I even begin with this nightmare of a hotel? My stay here was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First off, upon arrival, the lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the Stone Age. Dust bunnies the size of tumbleweeds rolled past me as I checked in, and the receptionist seemed more interested in her manicure than assisting guests.Once I finally made it to my room, I was greeted by a stench so foul it could knock out a rhinoceros. The carpet was so sticky, I felt like I needed to peel my shoes off with every step. And don't even get me started on the bed—I've slept on more comfortable piles of rocks. The bathroom was a horror show straight out of a B-movie. Mold crept up the walls like some kind of mutant fungus, and the shower curtain looked like it had survived a zombie apocalypse. To add insult to injury, the water pressure was about as strong as a dribble from a leaky faucet. But wait, it gets better! Or should I say worse? The noise level in this place was off the charts. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a construction site during a rock concert. Apparently, the hotel has a policy of hosting all-night rave parties in the hallway, complete with screaming children and barking dogs. And just when I thought things couldn't possibly get any worse, I made the mistake of trying the "complimentary" breakfast. Let's just say I've had better food in a prison cafeteria. The eggs were rubbery, the toast was burnt to a crisp, and the coffee tasted like it had been brewed with sewage water.Overall, I wouldn't wish a stay at this hotel on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear unless you have a masochistic desire to experience the seventh circle of hotel hell."

Great location, 4 days no hot water and I wasn't the only one. Days with water had to run it for 15-45 min.

This was a rougher day than most so I’m not gonna give them a two star review like they deserve, but that’s only because we’ve stayed before and I know it can be better. We probably won’t be back for a while since we can stay downtown at the Jefferson, so hopefully by the time we choose to come back, the hotel doesn’t smell so bad. There will actually be room service, and the bad smells aren’t covered up with perfumes. They give you an instant headache.Nearby activities: Everything on Bridge Street can we walk to so it’s easy to do anything thereWalkability: Fantastic easy to get to anywhere on Bridge Street from the side exitFood & drinks: Bartender was great. We were just sad to find out. There was no room service at the end of the night.

Room wasn't as clean as you'd expect, and things were outdated and broke.

Just go stay somewhere else!!! First off, the location is great. It’s right next to Bridge Street outdoor mall. And it’s beautiful during Christmas time. But that’s the ONLY great thing about this hotel. When you think of THE WESTIN, you think of 4 or 5 star hotel. It was more like a 2 star hotel. It’s was hair all over the room. Water sitting in the ice bucket. No internet to watch the apps on their tv. I had to use my hotspot to watch tv. And lastly and the worst part of all, NO HOT WATER !!!! We were told, we had to let the water in the tub run for 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower. The hotel staff were quick to respond and gave me a $30 food credit but to continue to wake up to cold water ruined my trip. DONT STAY IN ROOM 511 !!!!!!Walkability: It’s right next to the mall

Being right at Bridge Street this place is a great place to stay. The shopping and food in walking distance makes it so easy. The lights are beautiful on Bridge St. and the only thing brighter is Deontay McDonalds personality at the Westin he was hilarious ?

Terrible Marriott mobile app front desk "chat" lack of responsiveness even in off peak hours. If you do not know wish to provide it as a service, disable it. This was sufficient to cause an otherwise happy Platinum Elite member to cancel my reservation. Incredibly disappointing.

Stayed at the Element next door, but went to the restaurant inside several nights in a row.Jordan is the greatest bartender. He made the trip great. He gets the five stars.

My family and I visited the Westin hotel for dinner and was greeted by a young man named Deontay. They way he opened the door for me it made me feel like royalty. He greeted me with a bright smile and he was so courteous. He extended his hospitality to my family as well. He was top tier.

My issue as much as I paid for my room I expect housekeeping and free water. The rooms are aesthetically appealing but my bathroom was not clean like sanitized. Housekeeping didn't come so we had to call and get towels. The parking is free if you don't mind walking otherwise valet. Next time I'll stay at Element next door, and I'm sure a better experience for cheaper. Huge disappointment. This was my birthday trip. .ughWalkability: Right next to bridge Street

This was my first time staying at this location. This is a pet friendly hotel, in which, I'm strongly against because I don't care how good you clean a room I will always think there are flea's and animal hair in the bed. The location is great for walking right out of the front entrance and right over to Bridge Street for shopping and dining. We were here for a concert at the Orion which is a very short drive. The staff when we checked in was not very helpful or friendly, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, however there is a Starbucks in the main lobby. Overall I would not stay here again based on my preferences.

This is the hotel I stay at every time I come to Huntsville. The staff is great from the check-in staff to the manager. Mr. James and Deontay are two employees that shine and make all the difference in my stay with their positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Well done and keep up the excellent work.
