Got all new tires for my minivan. Manager quoted me $1000 out the door. When I picked up my minivan, he said he couldn't do that price, and it would be $1080 plus tax.
I responded to the TD survey, and also emailed direct (as the form reply suggested). No response from corporate.
I was comparison shopping Costco vs. TD. The original $1000 quote was slightly more with Costco price plus taking it somewhere else for alignment, but I was paying for the convenience. I don't think breaking an agreement is good business, and will not return because of that.
That said, the quality of work was excellent, and always has been. I've been a loyal TD customer since before this location was opened. They have the best tire techs, and finish the work on time. They balanced out a bent rim and checked my suspension (no apparent damage) from an exceptionally large pothole when they replaced the tires this time.
I would highly recommend the work here, if you're in a pinch, but beware the deceptive business practices. I figure it averages to a 3 star experience.

Horrible service. I've been a long time customer and it ends today.
3pm appointment for a routine oil change and was notified they were slightly behind and it works be about 1 ½ hr wait. No problem.
2½ hrs later they were pulling my vehicle into a bay. Finished at 6pm.
I was notified that I will be needing brakes soon, but I purchased brakes last June. They showed no record of the work in my file but I had a credit card transaction where I was charged over $300 on a date they show only an oil charge. Don't know if they are incompetent or charged me for work not performed

The folks at this location really helped us out today. We hand a tire repair done at a location out of state. Sadly the tire was not well balanced after the repair.
Zach and the service writers fit us in - even when short staffed! - to balance out tire for our 5 hour return trip home!
Thanks for getting us smooths back on the road!

They provided me with excellent customer service. They were able to mount and balance my tires and perform an alignment without an appointment. They also identified a faulty tie rod and replaced it in a timely manner. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Thank you for your assistance.

Well i was happy at first then I get half way home and stop at the gas station and what do I see I’m missing a hubcap!!! I call and they act like they are going to look and see if it’s there. Then I call back and ask them if I can just come pick it up in the morning and they don’t have it and said it probably fell off because it was old I go to check my other ones and so lose when i touched it. It fell off!!! So now I have to buy a new set!! I will never go here again

Austin at the front counter is super personable and made sure to keep us super updated on the process. I got 2 tires patched under warranty (which is a lifesaver). I definitely recommend this location and I will be back for my next set!!
