I recently took my car to get a tire replaced at MY cost and was told it was a factory defect..... Doesn't make sense the consumer has to be responsible to pay for factory damages... On top of they was supposed to rotate my tires while having my car there ... It was listed on the receipt that they did in fact do a tire rotation. Tell me why then that all valve stem covers are black except for where the tire was when it needed replaced and it has a green valve stem cover. I guess cause I am a woman I wouldn't notice huh..... That is kinda that isn't it ... Not performing service being paid for wth

Great team here. I normally get my tires rotated here on weekends and the research park location on workdays. Both locations are great and I'm here often (on my sixth set of tires for my 2021 Tesla-EVs burn through tires...). Thanks for all you do

Had my car towed up here after a blow out. They told me that 3 tires needed replaced and I said to do all 4. I picked up my car after work and got home to see they only did 3 out of the 4. Thankfully they only charged me for 3, but now I have to wasted my time going back up there on a Saturday. The customer service dude is useless. It was like pulling teeth to get information from him. Save yourself the annoyance and go elsewhere.

Good luck dealing with tire discounters they ruined one of my wheels and skinned up all the other ones then the installer lied to me and said they were like that when I brought the truck in. Worst experience I ever had buying tires in all of my life!

Appointments are worthless had a simple repair drove home broke down inadequate oil change 12 noon 4pm not completed they act like we only have two guys again I've been to numerous locations same story call ducussed with district manager good luck guess I'm tied in bought 3 sets tires rotate repairs will be forced to work with this company

I scheduled an oil change a week ahead of time so that it would take less time and the team here at Tire Discounters could expect it and deal with it accordingly. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was still sitting in the same spot untouched over 3 hours later, when I pulled up and saw over half of the garage bays empty and multiple employees on their phones. When met by the fount counter employee, he immediately gave me attitude and argued non stop with me until I walked out of the store. I’m normally very easy going and mild mannered and never leave a review, but whoever they have running the show over there is clearly unmotivated to help. If you’re looking for something as simple as an oil change, it will be an all day ordeal here at the Winchester Road Tire Discounters.

If I could give a zero I would. I took my vehicle for a tire rotation and balance, had a 2:00 appointment. After an hour still was waiting, didn't appear to be any progress on vehicles on lifts that had been there since I got there. I left, will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

They are very busy so try to make an appointment. But friendly staff and do good work. I’ve compared tire prices, and they fair very well compared to some places.

Great guys there! Our family gets service work/new tires/etc from this location regularly - always great service. I have now had two experiences that stood out to me as "wow, that was nice"...1. Yesterday evening at about 5:30 (they close at 6) I pull up with what I think was a dead battery or alternator issue... They quickly get my Jeep into a bay and did a bunch of testing to discover what the issue could be - Ended up just being the battery and not the alternator (They didn't have the battery in stock, which was totally fine - I at least knew the issue now and could go to an auto parts store nearby to get the battery)... They didn't charge me anything for troubleshooting or their time...2. My jeep had a slow leak in one of the tires... brought it to them to see about getting it fixed... Ended up not being fixable due to where the leak was... They then swapped out the full size spare on the back with this one, checked the tire pressure for all the tires and had me good to go... Again, they didn't charge me anything for this too... (Looking to get all new tires soon, so this just buys me a little time)Out of pure honest/good business practices... I will always go here first for any of the services they offer that we need done! Thanks guys!

I really can't say enough good things about this location. We've brought our vehicles here a few times over the years and they've always been very honest, fair and professional. They didn't even charge me one time to change my battery terminals out. Just told me to have a nice day. Turn around is super fast. They've never had my vehicles for more than a day. I highly recommend Tire Discounters on Winchester Rd. Chris is amazing!
