I wonder how much $ is lost as a result of customers abandoning shopping carts full of unpaid for merchandise and walking out of the store because they can't spend the time waiting to be checked out. Be prepared to stand in a VERY LONG checkout line. There's no excuse to have lines this long when there's unopened checkout lines and staff not checking customers out. Check the customers out and clean and stock the store later. What good is a clean or well stocked store if you don't make money?

I find the parking to be problematic, ie. Small spaces, lots of traffic. In my opinion, this store takes time to search for the fabulous deals. I am not overly fond of the crowded and sometimes chaotic arrangement of merchandise. I tend to visit Burke's or Marshall's before going to TJMaxx, although I do enjoy shopping online here.

I LOVE this T.J Maxx. I’ve always come here. As busy as it is, I think they should invest in improving their bathrooms. Besides that, I enjoy coming here.

decent selection here, it’s a hit or miss. however, some of the employees (and management) need an attitude adjustment.

Not impressed on my last visit. The cashier tried to accuse me of returning an item not on the receipt and it was the only purchase/ receipt I had. Turns out the cashier that rung it up had duplicated the smaller priced item so they were in essence accusing me of trying to return something not on the receipt to make $3. SMH, really!
