Sivon and Amber were great. Sivon walked me through the process of switching to STF and cut my car insurance bill in half which was a great added benefit. They respond fast to messages and provided excellent customer service.

Personnel at Tobias Kelley are responsive, however, be careful with State Farm. State Farm non-renewed our homeowners policy after a claim was made due to a burst water valve and water damage. After repairs were complete, State Farm non-renewed my home owners policy. While the rates were good initially, they continued to gradually increase rates. Be very thoughtful before selecting State Farm as your insurance provider.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sivon Meads and she provided services beyond my expectations saving me money while gaining additional coverage with my auto and home insurance policies. The savings and more importantly additional coverage was so great that I can gladly say that I left Alfa and GEICO without hesitation!
