I would gladly award a higher rating if available, but I have given it five stars. The receptionist is both welcoming and professional, and the office is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Beth for any policy-related inquiries, as she is highly knowledgeable, informed about state law and regulations, and has made the transfer process easy, painless, and quick. While State Farm is already a wonderful company, having Beth as part of this office provides immense comfort, knowing that I have access to the best policy, coverage, and affordability. The exceptional service they offer is truly commendable.

Talked to his office today, very nice, no hard sell, knowledgeable, my benefit not to purchase today, but I will be back next month to get home owners, and auto insurance, most highly recommend these folks

When I originally changed over to State Farm insurance, their system paired me up with an insurance agent in Atlanta, Georgia. The agent that handled everything did a bad job of listening to what I wanted, and really had the policy in a mess. I complained to State Farm, and they suggested moving to another agent. I did not know they could do this. I chose Todd because he’s Walking distance from home. This was a no-brainer. Todd recommended sitting down and going over all of my policies. Todd took the time to straighten everything out and made outstanding recommendations. I am more than happy with Todd and his office.

This is the absolute best insurance company that I have ever had. They work hard to try to help save you money. They make sure that you have the proper coverage. As well as full understanding of what's being covered. The only thing that I reget is not coming in sooner.

Todd is more than insurance agent to me and my son. He has become a friend. I lost my husband and I have had to call and Todd has sent a person to check on my problem. The person sent was a God send. My son came down with osteo cancer. Todd and his staff made sure his life insurance was paid. So he goes beyond for his clients.
