Good luck trying to call their rental center. Was transfered 3 times and waited 12 minutes for someone to answer before hanging up. In store you need the same good luck. Their help is like frog hair you can't find any. I recommend foxing rents or valley rental.

I went in with the gift card I got as a gift. Asked for help from a couple employees and they steered me right. Got to the cashier and saw I lost the card. She was very sympathetic. I paid for my items and went back to look for the card. Ran into a different employee that offered assistance and I explained looking fir the card. I leftI got to my truck and heard a guy yelling at me. The lady employee (Adrian) had found it and ran out to get it back to me!!! Great staff.

I bought a water heater. It was delivered to the store, we picked it up, and upon opening it at home it was damaged. Ordered 2 more, same thing. I'm talking dented like crazy, almost punctured. Without my permission, ordering the 3rd one, they refunded my money into a Home Depot gift card and ordered the third one. It also arrived damaged, so I told them to just refund my credit card. Then the weeks go by of arguing back and forth about why they couldn't refund my card, and they insisted on giving me a CASH refund of $914.67. I called corporate HD and confirmed with the store and said it was ok. They wanted me to come get the money from the store, and I explained this would be very inconvenient considering I have two very young children and couldn't make it to the store. Then my grandmother died, tying me up out of town for an entire week. So one of their many managers, Irish, who had been super helpful through the whole ordeal wanted to have one of their "salaried managers" bring the envelope of cash to my house. I explained that this was not a good time for me with the death of a family member, etc. etc. but they brought the cash to my house anyway. I didn't go outside and meet them so they literally stuck the envelope in my mailbox. I didn't open it until after the funeral I attended that weekend only to find that it was MISSING $200 EXACTLY. I proceeded to call the store, only for employees to tell me I needed to talk to Irish only because she's the one who handled the whole thing but she wasn't available. So I called several other times, and was told the same thing. Then I started visiting the store after calling to confirm she was there but magically every time I stopped by she was on her lunch break. After my last visit to the store, trying to track this manager down, we had to rush our two-year-old to the emergency room only to discover he has an auto immune disease, and we were in the hospital for 10 days. I have reached out to corporate Home Depot, I have messaged them on Twitter, I have repeatedly called my local store. No one has ever given me an answer or even addressed the fact that I was shorted $200. Someone took $200 out of that envelope and put it in their pocket. It's the exact reason I would never want a cash refund for something like that anyway. Why on earth would they not just mail me a check? Needless to say I've never seen that $200 again and that cash was dropped off on March 17th. I will never do business with Home Depot again, and I would strongly suggest that nobody else does either.To straight up steal $200 from someone who spent over a month, trying to get a water heater only to receive three damaged ones and then dodge them for almost 2 months now is beyond low, and is barely even comprehendible how this could happen. In the meantime, we have spent thousands of dollars on medication and doctors visits for our child, so they could not have picked a worse time to steal from us. I'm going to continue to harass corporate Home Depot as much as I have time for, but I don't ever expect to see that money again. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

OMG!!! Krys in paint made my day today! I had purchased concrete stain a while back (too late for a refund) and the stain was totally 1950's PINK!!! ....7 gallons! She worked with it and made it the perfect velvety brown for me! This was absolutely going way above and beyond in customer service as she was obligated in no way to bother with it. Thanks, Krys, for making my day!

Michael of the rentals section was by far Above and Beyond. Home Depot should give this guy a raise. He even stayed late to assist with my situation. He has definitely made me a Home Depot customer when it comes to rentals. Empathetic, Patient and Expedited everything perfectly.

I literally cannot get a hold of the flooring department ! I called them and automation answers , then I get transferred and transferred put on hold . This is not the first time this has happened ! It seems like it always happens ! I'm sick of it ! I want to order thousands of dollars worth of product and I can't even get a hold of one single person !! Horrible answering the phones absolutely dreadful experience . Nobody cares anymore about customer service it seems .

Super customer service! Alyssa the customer service rep processed my return without a receipt in a timely and professional manner. Store seemed super clean and well lit. Garden shop had a bunch of stuff but regrettably not what we were looking for. As a stock holder, I was pleased on how this store treated customers and it's physical characteristics. 10% military discount is a plus. Thanks.

Went in there Sunday, my boyfriend asked this gentleman about some shelves they had and he started to answer his question and then started walking away answering the rest of the question. Then we went to check out in the self checking and there was an opening and this older lady literally said in the most hateful tone “y’all are gonna have to wait a minute” it’s safe to say we sat out stuff down and walked out. HORRIBLE customer service.

We come here whenever we can't find what we are looking for at Lowe's. They give 10% for military. You can order online and pick up at the store for no shipping fee.
