We've had kids at Trinity for almost a decade now, and during that time, Trinity has been a great place for our kids. We've had great teachers, built a great rapport with the director and office staff, and have been very happy with our experience. When there have been issues (as there will be anywhere over the course of a decade), they have been handled quickly and professionally. I'll particularly call out their top notch communication. In response to inflation and increasing prices, the price of daycare has gone up over the past year and a half, but they put out the planned fee schedule over a year in advance so we could plan for the increases, and they've stuck to it.

We put our first daughter threw Trinity CDC and couldn't of been more happy. She absolutely loved the staff and it showed that the staff cared for its students. Our youngest now attends and wouldn't take her anywhere else. Another thing to note this isn't a place that just watches your child to make sure they are still breathing. It's structured and teaches children the basics, to include potty training.

This is one of the best daycares in Huntsville. We love our kids teachers. They are amazing.

My granddaughter goes to Trinity. What a loving, nurturing, growth and child centered environment. They are a wonderful addition to our family.

My child went to Trinity for 2 years and we were always very happy here. My child loved going to school! Also, lunch and snacks are included in the tuition so you don’t have to worry about packing lunches everyday! The only reason we left is because we moved out of the area. We will miss everyone!

My girlfriend recently worked there, and the director lacks any type of professionalism, having my girlfriend show up for 3 days and sending my girlfriend home without pay (and not letting her in to even use the restroom while waiting for the director to show up) until the third day, when the director actually showed and let her work for 5-10 min prior to pulling her into the office and telling her that she's terminated. Now they refuse to answer the phone when she's trying to contact them in inquire about her final check since it is not even showing the paystub on the website that they use. Prospective employees: Steer clear of this shady employerParents: Read reviews and see how they treat their employees and the other parents.I'm so glad my daughter didn't get moved to this child care center.

I was surprised to see subpar reviews on Trinity CDC over the pandemic, because we have had nothing but a great experience including their handling of city business / social distancing regulations. The class size is small, the staff is professional, and the structure of their classes give kids just enough learning, creativity, and play time. It was the first daycare that our child wanted to go in the morning and wasn't stressed by the end of the day, and the first daycare where our child talked about the staff like family rather than "just teachers." Trinity was also top notch during Covid this year, where unlike many of the daycares they were able to give parents a discount while keeping the staff paid. Overall we've had a very good experience and we would highly recommend Trinity CDC.

The Director is one of the worse! My wife use to work there and my youngest just finished PreK there. She didn't give advance notice of PreK graduation. Sheryl, the director, emailed my wife at 5:30am about practice for graduation at 10am which was the same day as graduation! My mom is recovering from cancer and she as well as inlaws would have liked to attend my youngest completing a milestone in education!. I called that evening once my wife informed me that our child missed his graduation, but the director was gone and the assistant operation manage was suppose to relay the message. I call the following Monday bc I haven't received a call. The director informed me she had just got in and was not about to argue or entertain me. She wouldn't give me the contact info for her superior. My child was the only African American in his class... I wonder if that explains our treatment... It is not a diverse CDC and obviously once a check stops coming to them you mean nothing. My oldest is going to 3rd grade and we still here from the assistant director of the CDC he attended!

The director is the worst of the worst. Very very unprofessional, won’t follow her own dress code for her employees, downgrades parents and employees. Why the church won’t investigate her is beyond me. She isn’t a Christian woman at all & can’t keep staff. Nobody wants to work for a 5yr old.

Completely unprofessional staff. My son only got to go to school for one week before they shut down, and this place expected us to pay for two months while Not offering any childcare (insanity). My husband was told by Sheryl that there would be no enrollment until two weeks after reopening. He also called once and was told my son would only be able to come back if there “was room” for him. My husband called today to touch base and see if there has been any changes, and they have the audacity to say they’re “full” and not able to take my son again. Apparently they’ve been taking re-enrollments and enrollments in this entire time, and not one person has told my husband this back when he called before today. They are completely unprofessional, and quite frankly another parent has told us they have had problems with extremely rude and unprofessional staff here. Shame on all of you, we literally were so excited for our son to attend this school, we played by your rules until we financially couldn’t afford to pay you while he sat at home and you remained closed. This is not how you treat families. They also have two DIFFERENT phone numbers, their main line, which you can never get ahold of anyone, and this MUCH lesser known phone number that we finally got in touch with someone today, only to be told there’s no room for our son.
