This is the best post office in Huntsville. The workers there take care of you, yes sometimes you have to wait a little bit but the service is worth it 100 percent. The carriers are stellar as well. Two thumbs up for consistency, communication, and friendliness of the staff

Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Conduct
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of an employee at the USPS location at 3605 Governors Drive SW in Huntsville, AL. During multiple visits to this facility, I have encountered consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive behavior from an employee named Rod.
Rod’s conduct has included smart-mouthing customers, displaying an inconsiderate attitude, and failing to provide the level of service expected from a government agency that serves the public. His demeanor creates an unwelcoming and frustrating experience for customers who rely on USPS for their mailing and shipping needs.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, my interactions with Rod have been far from that standard. I urge USPS management to address this matter seriously by providing additional customer service training or taking appropriate disciplinary action to ensure that all employees uphold the values of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution. Please let me know if any further details are needed.

Stephanie at the Governors Drive post office in Huntsville is the nicest, friendliest, most courteous, and helpful mailperson I have ever encountered. What a treasure!

Shein and usps status says delivered. Mailbox screams empty. Porch have not been touch and my camera says so. Calls are unanswered. Where is my package? Why work at a easy job just to complicate things? Do yall not check mailbox numbers? And I really hope yall dont mark a package delivered before yall actually deliver it….because that would be trifling! Now i have to go out my way to ask my neighbors if they were mistakenly given my package and search confusingly! So frustrating 😡😡!!! NEVER doing usps again!!!

Everyone here is wonderful and helpful. Stephanie always has a welcoming smile on her face and greets everyone when they come in. The management staff is also very helpful and have taken time out of their day just to help me with issues I'm having. Best post office in town.

Ran in on December 21 to mail a package just a few minutes before they closed at noon. The line was long and there was only one person working, but she was very cheerful and called out to the line asking if anybody just needed to drop off a package or get a change of address form…….
I stepped up to hand over my package and she assured me with a smile she would get it scanned/shipped and wished me a Merry Christmas. Most pleasant postal worker I’ve encountered in years.

The employees are nice and have good customer service but the level of service is terrible. I didn’t get my package that should have been delivered 2 days ago so I go to the office to try and pick it up and they give me the wrong package when I clearly gave them the tracking information. The supervisor gave me a women’s package but clearly I’m a man and the package would have had a man’s name on it. So I still don’t have the correct package and the post office closes early on weekends.
