Rude pharmacy staff. Not helpful or communicative. Made a face when I asked to use RX coupon then I was told to wait 1 HR for my medication. I requested if they can expedite as I am in lot if pain and she just ignored and mention it will take 1 HR since its her and going on break soon and 1 more coworker only. ??\\u200d♂️

Hubs has been using this Walgreens the past year. They have an automated phone system that reminds him about prescriptions that need to be refilled and/or prescriptions that are available for pick up. His phone has been ringing off the hook about refilling prescriptions. He authorizes the refills and waits to hear back on when to pick up his prescriptions. Twice in three days he was told prescriptions are available for pick up only to find out the pharmacy is slammed and the prescriptions are not ready for pick up. The pharmacy staff are nice and helpful. The store must be understaffed and staffing is a corporate decision versus the local pharmacist and technicians working to keep customers happy.

I don't know how I haven't been to this Walgreens, but today was the day! The parking lot was pretty empty, but was able to run in and grab what I needed pretty quickly. Nothing extravagant, but this place gets the job done in a pinch.

The rude incompetent service at Walgreens-Jones Valley. I asked the round gentleman at the drive through twice if all my prescriptions were ready. He assured me they all were. I get home and one is not there and another is the incorrect dosage. So I call the store. HE HUNG UP ON ME. Oh how I miss Riteaid-whitesbg.

I have tried to set up my prescription on automatic refill for months and it never works! The store always seems to be understaffed for the volume that they do so the wait is always long. The people seem nice so I think it is probably a corporate greed issue!

The gave my 17-month old niece the wrong medicine AND wrong dosage (waaay over what the Dr prescribed), then they called him a liar saying the label said one thing when he was sitting there reading to them. Super incompetent pharmacy and techs there. DEF will never use them and will tell everyone I know not to go there. I wish I could give zero stars. You can kill people from giving the wrong meds.

These guys always do a great job, they tend to know your name after a few visits and go the extra mile. All my prescriptions have been handled professionally and recently I had to get a prescription filled for my dog (yes they do that) and found out that their system actually HAS a function for pet drugs which obviously does not bill your insurance (meaning you won't get a nasty note from Blue Cross) and the lady helping me said it was missing information and called the vet in Nashville and talked to her to make sure she had all the right info , I have been to other places where they would have handed it back to me to get the additional info. 5 Stars Douglas C. The pharmacist shredded my prescription because she didn't clarify with the doctor's office about what changes were needed to my prescription after I had surgery. This resulted in me being without pain medicine the entire holiday weekend after I had surgery.
