One of the pharmacist here is the worst human I've ever encountered. I had lost my insurance due to a layoff, and my new insurance started in 5 days. I was out of blood pressure meds and didn't have another refill, as I was waiting for my new insurance to kick in. So i asked if she could give me a week emergency supply until my new insurance started and i could get a new script. She said because she had given me an emergency supply, which was only 2 pills, 2 months prior she would not do anything to help me, then told me just to go to the ER and hung up on me. So after not having my blood pressure meds for 3 days already, she wanted me to go sit in the ER waiting room for probably 10+hours just to get a weeks worth of blood pressure meds. Which would then result in an astronomical bill I'm sure. Which is absolutely insane. Then just to hang up on me. Not to mention they shorted me on 2 of my prescriptions, on separate occasions. And when I first called about it she told me they would NEVER short someone on a simple 30 day supply. But sure enough I got a call 15 mins later both times saying they ran a count and they had in fact shorted me, and I could come pick up the ones they left out. So then everytime I got any meds from them I'd sit in the parking lot and count them to make sure they're right. Which makes me feel crazy to have to do. And lastly, once while I was out of town(when they had shorted me) this same pharmacist told my to call my insurance company and tell them I had lost them and that there was nothing else she could do. Without taking any responsibility that she was the one who made the error. I went to a Walgreens in the city I was in and explained the situation and they were shocked at how I had been treated and how I was told to do all this unnecessary stuff. When they just filled them immediately just using a Good RX card instead of running it through my insurance. I will say most of the rest of the staff is great. But she is one of the most vile humans I've ever dealt with. My new insurance just started today, and as soon as I get my new prescription from my new dr, I'm immediately moving everything I have on file at this Walgreens to a local pharmacy, who has always gone above and beyond for me. They even tried to be able to give me the emergency supply I needed, but since it had never been filled there they couldn't.But yes for the love of God, avoid this pharmacist at all costs! I've never seen anyone in the health industry just not care at all about their customers. To the point that she actually will argue with you and get loud with you when she's the one in the wrong. There is one other female pharmacist there that I've always had great experiences with, but I don't know either of their names but I will be finding out the rude ones name and reporting her to corporate as well with screenshots from all these other reviews of how horrible she is as well.

Finally gave up on this pharmacy. Using auto fill results in fills being late so I run out. Don't use auto fill and they don't have it in stock and can't tell me when they will. This isn't a location issue this is a corporation issue. Left them for a local pharmacy that actually has what I need in stock when I need it.

By far the least professional, and worst organized pharmacy I’ve ever done business with. I needed a prescription fill in a couple of hours one afternoon in anticipation of a very early morning surgery. The pharmacy tech assured me it would be ready within two hours, I came back 2 1/2 hours later, and they said they were unable to fill it. When I told them my situation, they simply shrugged and handed my prescription back to me. I will never ever do business with this location again.

Absolutely the most unprofessionally run pharmacy I have ever encountered. The pharmacy staff are downright rude, bordering on mean. I understand it's a busy place, but twice they've missed my pickup windows and promised times. This would be ok if they told me in advance, but when you tell customers you can do something, try to make it happen. But, the real problem is the lack of professionalism of the staff. If you're mixing life saving compounds, please don't be carrying on conversations about other patients, or making jokes about your weekend adult activities, at least not in front of customers. When I've asked questions or tried to call out their missed deadlines I've been met with at best a dismissive shrug, or at worst told just come back another time. How exactly does that work if I'm sick and need medication ASAP? There's no excuse to behave this way, nor is there an excuse to tolerate this behavior when other options are nearby. Walgreens as a corporate entity should be ashamed of this location and take action to make sure their brand isn't damaged by the deeply bad behavior of this pharmacy team. Oh and as a plug to other nearby options, the Publix .25 miles away filled all of my prescriptions instantly.

The most ghetto, unprofessional, smart mouth pharmacists I have ever encountered. Try to ask questions to get things sorted out, and get met with attitude. I swear I don’t know how they have a job .

I had to exchange some Christmas card photos bc we used a black background which created a very saturated card. I reprinted them on lighter card stock (per Walgreen's suggestion) and they came out much better. They did an even exchange and were so nice and accommodating at the photo department. Thank you guys for making the holidays a bit smoother this year and giving us a Christmas card we're happy about. Cheers!

Your pharmacy hours for Saturday and Sunday should be posted on outside correct they say 8:00 sat sun . My wife had panic attacks all night. You never called to notify you always do y'all sent the message one 30 Mon before it closed and she looked at app it was ready at 2:00 you have not notified our site or app or message in weeks.

Don't listen to the bad reviews, my experience could not have gone any better. Went for a Rapid Covid Test as required for a cruise, and was finished in less than 5 minutes through the drive through. The lady who helped me was super nice!

For the second time, I was treated worse than I could ever imagine a person being treated. The first incident the manager actually put her hands on me. I wrote a report didn’t visit for over a year. Today the same I was met with the exact same energy. These employees are rude. I don’t leave reviews ever however this one needs to be left. You, can’t treat people “customers “ anybody for that matter like stray dogs. Something should be done here. Jesus

I absolutely cannot believe the GALL of the horrible, awful humans working at the pharmacy at this location. After waiting in line for WELL before her appointment time, these atrocious people tell my sick mother that she is late for her appointment. My mom explains to them that no, she isn’t late, she had just been waiting for a long time in the line and even encouraged them to check the cameras to see that it was due to the pharmacy line that she was late, not a late arrival. They tell her to reschedule and won’t test her. So, like a reasonable person, my mom asked to speak to a manager and get the name and number of the regional manager. The woman at the pharmacy refused (probably because she knew she was wrong) and proceeded to CALL THE POLICE ON MY SICK MOM WHO JUST WANTED A COVID TEST. I will absolutely be making a tik tok on this experience and will do my best to put Walgreens on blast until this is made right. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Awful pharmacy staff. I arrived a few minutes late from the snow yesterday for my covid test. Was toldfrom the speaker to wait.. Not once but Twice.. So then ten minutes later. The girl came to the window told her I was a little late.. But with the snow.. And I had been out here waiting.. She told me no.i was late and wouldn't do the test..i told her..no one was in line.. Can she please do it... That next appoint time here was like days away.. Simply no.. Your late and ourcompany told us not the do late customers. I have never been treated soawful by someone that is suppose to help people.sad customer service skills. I will drive father too another store that cares about their customers.

They just can’t seem to get it together at the pharmacy.. I won’t shop there anymore. There’s a CVS on the next corner And Star Market downtown. Both are much better options.
