Sean who works in the photo center was very helpful and did not mind explaining the printing process thoroughly and answering my many questions. He was polite, friendly and professional. Not everyone has great customer service skills. Sean exceeded my expectations.

I see why I don't use their pharmacy. Called to get a price on a prescription and was told she can't do that over the phone.She was very rude and not helpful at all I've called many pharmacies to find out the prices of a prescription and have never been told we can't do that over the phone. So I won't ever use them! For one I know she was lying she could have told me the price because every other pharmacy does. ? She just didn't want to take the time to do her job! Funny how I called a different Walgreens and he told me the price right away! So it's a big no for me on this location!

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY!! I was told to come back two different times now and I tried to call to see what time it would be ready since they just couldn’t get it together in the store and they picked up the phone call and immediately placed me on hold TWICE. I tried calling again and they did the same thing. The women working were also rude like how dare I try to pick up my medication before going to work. Overall terrible just go to CVS

I had an appointment for a COVID vaccine today, but they refused to give it to me because I did not have my white vaccine card. I reminded them this is no longer required. In fact, it's even on their website that it is not required and nowhere on the online appointment site did it state that cards were required. They still refused to give it to me. I showed them a picture of an older version of my vaccine card on my phone, and they wouldn't accept that because it didn't show the entire set of vaccines. I asked her to please look it up in the Alabama database, which I know they have, and she asked me if I got all my covid vaccines at Walgreens. When I said no, I got them at Publix, she said then she is not able to look them up. I have gotten a vaccine record printed at Publix that showed all my vaccines no matter where I got them in the state of Alabama. I notified a local news station that this Walgreens is refusing to give vaccines without the white vaccine card in hand.

I absolutely love this Walgreens! I can find just about anything I need here and I only get my prescriptions here also. Employees are very friendly and always helpful. Keep up the great work. ?

If I gave zero I would . They were rude and the cashier called me name , the store manager never called me back . They should just closed down that Walgreens

So I'm sick as a dog. Like I wake up feeling awful, and on top of that I have been super hard on myself lately about aging, I just turned 20 and it's been a whirlwind of emotions. So all around, I'm hard on myself plus I feel like hot garbage. I go to this Walgreens to grab some meds, and as I go to the counter to purchased the young woman at the counter ASKS TO SEE MY ID. I wanted to cry and hug her. It just made my day to think she thought I was below 18. I went to work smiling like a fool for the next hour. To that woman, if I ever see you again, expect a hug. I literally love you. Like genuinely thank you.

The worst pharmacy in Huntsville Alabama! Was given a partial fill and was told the rest of medicine wouldn't be available for another month. The lack of competence and compassion is disturbing and disgusting. My attorney will be investigating this matter and potential malpractice will be addressed.. do yourself a favor, go anywhere else but Walgreens!

Called today for my prescription and they cancelled it because THEY, THEMSELVES, determined that it was high cost & we weren’t going to pay for it. How could you just assume someone doesn’t have the money to pay for it? That’s insulting, and horrible business practice. It was put in yesterday too, not like it was sitting there for days. SMH

If it could give the pharmacy no stars I certainly would. Last week I called the pharmacy for over an hour. Each time I called, someone would pick up the phone and place it back on hold. Tonight I'm having the same issue. I have called 5 times and someone picks the phone up and places it on hold. I'm not calling the pharmacy because I need something to do! I need help!! Walgreens, get someone in that pharmacy that wants to work! I realize that they may be busy but that's why I wait until later in the evening to call. I am utterly disgusted!!

3997 University Dr. and Jordan Lane 35816. If the pharmacy tells you your insurance doesn't pay for a scrip, call your insurance to verify, then ask for a number the pharmacy can call for help processing your scrip. When you hand over the number I promise it gets resolved all of sudden. Pretty sure they are hoarding medicine to sell/use. All the bins behind the counter are packed full waiting for patients to pick them up. I've bever seen these bins so full before.

People don't have to be nice, and when they are, they don't have to be nice to YOU! Davida was very patient, kind, hardworking, and determined to help me find a solution. I called your store for my daughter, who is a student at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. The medication she takes was back-ordered, and she had been without it for TEN days! Davida listened to my concerns and called my insurance company for me. With her help, the insurance company (who had us on hold for at least 30 minutes or so) agreed to allow Davida to fill the prescription under the name brand instead of the generic. Your company is truly blessed to have Davida as an employee. To me, she is an angel!
