All the employees here have always been nice but I would like to make a special mention to Susan who was the cashier on duty tonight. I was looking for birthday cards, and I could hear her pleasant, cheerful, and sweet voice conversing with the customers in line. She was also very patient and helpful to someone who had a little difficulty expressing themselves. I could just feel the warmth and sincerity of her voice. Every business needs a Susan.?

The employees here have always been kind to me and the store seems well stocked at all times. There arent many workers it seems so it may take a minute for someone to assist, but never terribly long.

A homeless person was laying on the pavement right next to the door. And one panhandling angrily in the parking lot. It's not a safe or hygienic environment or professional allowing loitering

I went into this stores today and was treated very rudely. I approached the pharmacy counter to get some allergy medicine. The lady (Audura) was in the process of putting prescriptions in the bids. As she was putting the medicines up, she was turning around in the process totally looking through me. I gave her a moment because I understand if she didn't want to interrupt her flow of working. The problem came in when she went to the other side and never acknowledged me whatsoever. I waited patiently for a few minutes and then I walked to the glass window and asked the man that was clearly busy if I could get some service please. She (Audura) then walked over to a window that was labeled vaccines, when she clearly saw that I was at the drop off/pick up window. I gave her the card and with an attitude she responded, " you want to get this" I responded yes. She then proceeded with a much heavier attitude as though I asked her to do something outside of her job. She got the medicine and I left. Not to mention she never gave me a receipt. This was the worst experience I've ever had with this company.

I wish I could give zero stars. This location's Pharmacy consistently gives HORRIBLE service. They are probably the slowest I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with and the employees are so incredibly RUDE!

I came in after a bad experience with CVS across the street, Walgreens not only had the prescriptions a young man named Ben got my co-pay down from $150 to 0. I will never go back to CVS again switching all my prescriptions over here

I went to get my medicine filled and nobody in front of me or behind and told me one or two hours when I said I was waiting after a hour said they didn't have them the next month the pharmacist she didn't have time to call Dr and ask for diagnosis code but filled them and if the next time she would not I told Dr what she said he took care of it and said if there was a problem to call him but I have switched to the one on Carol T Jones and have never waited over 15 minutes I think that the Walgreens I was using first should FIRE EVERYONE ONE IN THE PHARMACY EXCEPT BEN

Made an appointment over a week ago for a vax booster and flu shot. Appointment was confirmed for 3:15. It's now an hour later and they are still turning people away that are coming in to fill their scripts. Nobody has offered us an explanation or given us an estimate on when we might get the shots *that we made an appointment for*If you can't support an appointment, then don't confirm the date and time.If you can't staff 5o support your business just close down.Pharmacy staff has been nasty and condescending to everybody that has come in to fill a scrip.

Everyone in the pharmacy is EXTREMELY rude. Go work in a different profession if you can’t have any type of empathy. Every time I go pick up a prescription I feel like I’m inconveniencing or bothering them. It’s very discouraging. I won’t be using this pharmacy anymore.

I fully understand closing early for short staffing- but why is the “new hours” sign on the door going into the pharmacy that only the employees use while the big sign in the waiting area between the two windows, the one right in every customers face, still says the old hours. When needing medicine for a sick kid It would be nice to actually be able to get it. Or hey when asked are you picking it back up today and are told yes, how about letting a person know that you are closing early. I literally looked for the hours while waiting on line to be sure to be here before closing … yup you got it- the only sign visible is the incorrect one posted in the lobby.

Pharmacy is terrible. They tank forever and several times said when it would be ready and it wasn't. The last time I dropped off a prescription they called the next day saying it was ready to pick up. After waiting in line for 30 minutes they told me they couldn't fill it. I'm done with them.

well..I called one night and stayed on hold for 20 minutes when I did get through a lady answered and said "please hold" so I waited for about 30 minutes and then the phone cut off. the next day I called again and was on hold for 20 minutes when I finally got someone to answer the phone. I had come in 3 days prior with my medication bottle to do a prescription change from idaho to Alabama. they said it would be done that day and have my refill. when I got the lady on the phone and I explained all this, she said there was nothing in my profile for this prescription. after a few minutes she found what happened and told me because it was a controlled substance (in Alabama not Idaho) that they couldnt fill the prescription because it was older than 6 months old. not a big deal, I could have called a doctor to get a refill, but since NOONE contacted me about this I was again without my medicine and will now have to wait to get in a. doctors office. I told her I was upset with having no communication and having a hard time waiting on the phone (I have 3 young kids that need my attention) she said I don't know and then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. this Walgreens needs some management to teach their employees how to treat customers. I will be switching to CVS.

don’t waste your time here. they always take forever and mess up your insurance. also they get annoyed when you want to use a goodrx or single care. the hours are never consistent, the customer service sucks, especially in the pharmacy. you’ll have much better luck at cvs across the street or at publix! even walmart pharmacy beats this place. if i’m being completely honest, none of the walgreens in huntsville are worth any of your time. I haven’t had a good experience at any of them.

We had to come here after CVS bungled our passport photos. Thomas was helpful and courteous. He had us in and out in a matter of minutes. We'll be back.
