I came here to grab Christmas stuff. I had to fight my COVID-phobia to come in here... anyway I grabbed my wrapping paper and stocking stuffers and got out as fast as I could. I used self checkout: they keep that moving pretty good. They do have lots of social distancing markers throughout the store.

Been standing in misnamed Customer Service line for 45 minutes, with just 2 people ahead of me. Nuff said.

Consistently crappy customer service and long check out lines. Employees are cordial and nice, however, they are not knowledgeable about products. Don't bother asking. I recently looked up a product online to make sure they had it in stock. Upon arrival employee informed me it was out of stock. Second employee said it's out of stock. Finally I ordered it online and picked it up 20 min later in the back. Last week I went for an apple pencil. Employee said it was out of stock. Asked another employee a few hours later and they pulled it out of the case. I don't think its laziness, it's poor training. Furthermore, I counted 17 people in line in the express checkout line the other night. Only one lane open at 11pm. Poorly managed!!!

Most of the time the employees here are nice and polite. One older lady at the register is an acceptance. She is not polite and I've never seen her smile. And the lady that worked in the deli the other night. I think it was Wednesday or Thursday night was the rudest lady I've ever met there.

I don't even want to get started on Walmart's again but might as well. The clothing, first, the plus size stuff looks like it is wallpaper or furniture covering, possibly the living room rug. Bigger ladies deserve to look their best too. Don't judge! Then to make people think they have a large enough selection of plus size they have a little here and a little there scattered all over instead of in one place. Let's not even get into the undergarments... granny panties isn't even the word to call this stuff. When you ask a worker in the clothing department to show you where the play size is and she says, mainly the end caps. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Walmart is biased against plus size. Thing is the plus size is a large part of the shoppers there... maybe the plus size should shop elsewhere
