This Walmart isn’t a very pleasant store to shop at. The store manger is very rude and disrespectful. They are very understaffed and as a fellow customer who comes in a shops there, it’s sad that i have to wait 20 mins in certain areas in the store just for some assistance. 10 out of 10 for highly do not recommend

I never feel like it's a wasted trip. I always check online to see if they have whatever I might need in stock and it's pretty much always correct. I can also appreciate seeing more cashiers working lately.

Use to like shopping there when they first opened now every time I shop there I have discovered several food items that I have purchased from them were very old and stale it’s sad that they are selling old food shopper beware because this establishment is disturbing old food and that’s an awful thing to do to customers sad so now I shop at Publix way better quality food sorry Walmart is no longer my go to place for food items

For 2 years, this store was fine until tonight, February 16th between 6-7 pm. The Walmart on Jordan/Bob Wallace got rid of panhandlers and beggars in the parking lot and none were allowed in the store for my first 3 years here. No panhandlers were at this Walmart for 2 years until now. Tonight, this woman has a bunch of expensive things in her cart, asking people to buy it for her. These people are eligible for food stamps if they are not already getting them with free housing and medical care. This person obviously owns a car because they drove to Walmart. Sell your car and buy food then. All these food shelves available throughout Huntsville where she can have free food instead of harassing people willing to work, pay their bills, earn their way through life. I turned this in to Corporate since staff just said someone will buy her things and I said, "If they don't buy it for her, she will steal it, prices will go up and we pay for her anyway. Why not get this out of the store?" I don't want this harassment. I work, pay my bills, pay my way and this under-30-year-old panhandler can do the same especially since she walked past the huge sign on the door at Walmart "NOW HIRING". Get a job, not a handout.

Usually has whatever you need in stock, access in and out is convenient. Associates are helpful , it has a subway inside. They have security loss associates checking everyone, so they evidently have a higher rate of theft at this store. I use Walmart plus scan and go and always works perfect the times I have checked out . The only downside is they have a hard time keeping shopping carts 🛒 rounded up in parking lot & brought in store. Would I go back yes ! Definitely

I am parked about 50 feet from where you exchange propane tanks. I stood there for 20 minutes, nobody came out. I stood next to my car, nobody came out. I called the store, they said they would send somebody out. Nobody shows. I walked back in the store and ask for a third time. Can I get a tank exchanged?
Somebody finally shows up. He said he came out the door of the store and didn’t see anybody and walked back in. What a waste of a 30 minutes to exchange a tank.

Normally Walmart is pretty cool. But I guess anytime near closing they just give up at this location, the African lady at self checkout at 10:50pm on 1/13/25 should not be in customer service if she can not communicate with customers in a respectful and proficient manner. There are plenty of other positions available at your store for her, but not with customers would be recommended until she can resolve these issues. Other complaint would be hanging out in electronics for half an hour for a $4 cord that was locked. And then an older white hair (balding like hell, like cut it bro) in a Walmart vest walks in by around 10:40 tells me I’m pretty much just outta luck he doesn’t know how keys work. So I go to the front and that’s when I’m told they hide the keys from other employees that aren’t allowed to unlock stuff, pretty much because the key holders want to go home early.
I get that I’m showing up right before you guys close but I get off my job at 10 and had a 30 minute drive here.
Shoutout to the black dude wearing a black hoodie though he was at least trying for me, I would give names of the two employees but they would not tell me there names and walked away from me when I asked.

Something that you want from you needed like a Samsung SmartTag too lot of the people don't know where it's at. They can't find it, but when you look it up on Sam's. You will be able to find exactly. On the show for exactly WhatsApp luckily I was able to go when I get to the items that I needed. There's a lot of good associates in there and they will be going to help.All you have to do is ask a great place to go shopping.
