very impressed ! The customer service was EXCELLENT! Told me which aisle product was, left bathroom while cleaning so i could use it, mgr brought me a cart to the back of store, cashier was nice. This is the best Walmart I have been to in 5 decades. I even liked the music. Everyone was kind and helpful. Is this really a Walmart store or another reality ? I hated walmart Before this experience. These employees were actually smiling, helpful, and greeted me. This made me want to sell my house and move next to this store.

The cashier was kind, and friendly. The store is well stocked, and better than most in Huntsville.

I watched them turn away soooo many ppl at 5:55pm on Christmas Eve. That’s a shame. When I worked retail I always let ppl in sometimes a few minutes after close! But never turned away customers before close. It’s

Bad customer service the workers absolutely do know what there doing I went and paid for gas at the register and walked to the pump and they said it timed out so they wanted to charge me double for gas that I didn’t even get there is a guy named Toby that works there he smelled like alcohol and was rude about my problem not the first time this has happened there u all will never get my family’s business again

This is by far the worst neighborhood Walmart I have ever been to!! The employees are so rude and disrespectful and not to mention racist. I have called to speak with the STORE MANAGER and can never get him, I’m always getting told he’s not there. I’ve called home office and they tell me he has been emailed regarding an incident that happened and not once did he even try to call me or even attempt to communicate about the situation. You go In the store employees are just talking with each other standing around, not doing any work or trying to check customers out. I don’t know how or who really runs this store but don’t even try to look or contact the Store manager because he won’t call you or try to call you. SMH this is just so sad but never again will I shop at this store.
