Very sketchy ppl. Will lock you out of relatives' house if they pass away while selling. They assume the house becomes their property. They don't care if family has a will. Might not be entire office but there is one thar thinks this way. Took us forever to get into my aunts place when she died because the realtor changed the locks and said your not getting the keys unless get an attorney. 1st off you don't have to have a attorney to probate. 2nd by law she had no right to change the locks. Be careful if you use this place. They are very sketchy.

When I began the process of renting the house it was under the company Weichert, Realtors® - The Space Place, weichertspaceplace.com, which then split off into Puliatti Properties and Growing Huntsville, I would not recommend living under either rental/property management company. I was so full of hope after dealing with Derrick McIntire and how it seemed like they cared for my family and I enough to help us get into a home before Thanksgiving. But looks were deceiving. They also informed me to put in any work requests but to keep in mind that only important tasks would be handled, which caused me hesitation but it was a red flag.The house we moved into had been vacant for a while and you could tell because the plumbing was not flowing as it would in a house which was recently used, not to mention hair in the drains from the previous tenant. They had time to do the work, they just chose not to and this is evident in their response time to issues they were notified about later in the rental. I cleared the pipes, because in my mind a property manager is supposed to make sure that the home is ready for habitation before putting the house on the market, so I felt they had done the best work that they would do. The refrigerator and breaker box make an intermittent buzzing sound; they had items left in the yard from the previous tenant; the grass and bushes weren't cut in preparation for me to take over when the grass started to grow in the Spring, because we moved in the week of Thanksgiving when grass was done growing so the grass should have been short; the shower in the front bathroom didn't work, so they didn't even check this basic thing; the dishwasher didn't clean dishes and leaked; and there were contractor supplies from the only work that I could see had been done - painting inside and outside of the house. So I put in a request on their maintenance portal informing of these issues. They finally came a week after I notified them the second time via an email, with the first time being more than a month before on their maintenance portal. When they came they moved the items from the backyard, out to the trash pile of the church next to the house, instead of properly disposing of the items at their own expense, they instead stole from a church. I found it funny that the CEO of the company, Puliatti Properties while still an agent of Weichert, informed me that the deck and backyard couldn't be used for temporary storage while I found somewhere for my things that wouldn't fit in the house; but they allowed a swing set, hose, three large pots, a rotting storage box with rotting toys inside, contractor supplies like old paint cans, tools, and even a stainless steel ladder - that apparently Larry their maintenance person was looking for - to be stored in the backyard so long that they felt the items were a part of the yard. On the same day they finally removed the items, they cut the bushes around the house branches; come to find this was only for their insurance company requirements not the work order, but did nothing for the grass so I ended up taking care of the grass they were supposed to have cut before I moved in and the new Spring growth since the grass started to grow again. The most important issue they did the least they could to resolve. There is a buzzing sound made between the refrigerator and the breaker box, they chose to only change a breaker but not the old refrigerator causing the buzzing because to this day that buzzing sound happens every few minutes even with the new breaker but as long as the refrigerator gets cold it will remain here, because that way they get to pocket all the rent money without having to invest back into the property. The person repaired the faucet and now water will come out of the shower but water will still be flowing from the faucet as well. So we only use one shower still. I told you all this so you can understand why I invested my money into the property. Back up to us being in the house about a month, the bathroom sink began leaking like crazy and

Loved working with Anthony Agee to buy my first home! He saved a lot of potential confusion and frustration by thoroughly explaining all processes and guiding me through each step.
