This branch is not very customer oriented I have a problem and can't get anyone to help this has been going on since the end of Sept. got a call On a SATURDAY morning debit card compromised What can you do on SATURDAY absolutely nothing. But even better I got a call CHRISTMAS EVE at 8:00 am new debit card compromise same thing what can you do on CHRISTMAS EVE when iI can Ever get this corrected I'll go to another Bank!

They not helpful ??. I went there with a document for them to fax for me, they said no the documents should concern wells fargo. I have account with them for 7 years ??

Poor example of how banks should operate. we go check out RFCU they are far better. Lower interest rates and better service. †One of my friends has his check held every two weeks for 2 days. They said it is for security??? Ridiculous (I travel A great deal and they froze my credit card so I was refused in ATL, in Montgomery and at Auburn. (Final insult is they temporary froze my credit card. Well that was the last straw when they asked me to tell them my travel plans in advance. So I went to the bank Officer and asked him for his scissors I cut up my credit card in front of him. I am the customer. Wfc has lost sight of that. .

I'm so glad this isn't my bank. My parents bank here, and I'm on the safe-deposit box. In order to change the names on the box, every single person had to be present at the same time. This makes for real fun when one of the persons is dead and the other lives out of state...So at 9am on a Saturday, there was only 1 person who could do this. We ended up waiting for 1.5 hours to change my name (since marriage) and remove my dead grandfather (by presenting the death certificate). While one woman did keep coming out to ask if she could help, she never could help, regardless of what the other people needed done. We probably should've just driven to a different branch, since even driving across town would've been faster.
