The parking lot could have been designed better. If you want to see a banker, then you need to make an appointment.
The only reason I go to this bank is that all the other wellsfargo are closed on Saturday.

While the 2 tellers they have are very friendly ITS NOT ENOUGH TO RUN A BANK. often when I go in CAUSE THERES NO DRIVE THRU SERVICE there's a long line and the branch manager appears to be doing nothing. SHOULD BE HELPING OUT THE OVER WORKED TELLERS. CORPORATE IS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have visited several times and working with Jade is an absolute pleasure. She's been very helpful and always has a great demeanor. While waiting in line,I have also seen her be very patient with other people regarding questions/ concerns they may have. She is an asset for Wells Fargo

Friday morning....Drive-Thru....I've been waiting over 30 minutes so far with 2 cars in front of me....longest wait ever in a bank drive thru!?! What should have been 10 minutes at most & now I'm late getting back to work because of this!?! Unbelievable 😑

Thursday July 11th- the blonde lady who just helped me open a checking account was beyond great. Sweet, friendly, helpful even being short staffed. Idk her name but she is amazing!!!

This Wells Fargo branch absolutely sucks! If I could give zero stars I would. They are super slow, not knowledgeable at ALL and they make EVERYTHING so difficult!! I recommend never going to the Wells Fargo North Huntsville!

Great family atmosphere, very professional. Was able to find out how Google wallet worked, went to inquire about the 4.6% saving account unfortunately they did not have the literature in paper 4 me to see , other than that definitely 5 star place to keep investments ????

This is the worst bank in Huntsville, even though they ain’t busy no one will help you. This supervisor we’re supposed to help me to open a business account and give me an appointment to be there at 10am and in been 2 hours and still waiting on them.

Thursday around lunch. 1 teller training a new teller. Long line and no other employees seem to give a crap to help. Service, what service? I would not come back but it is the closest branch.
