Very disappointed . I get paid every two weeks so I had over drawn my account so while I was waiting for my check to hit the bank they froze my account.held my money from me from over 24hrs. They lied and they gave false advertisement. I should have never switched my account.

I'm from the state of Tennessee anda went to this bank,In Alabama,since the state of Tennessee ensued me a paper licence,till the new license ,a hard copy is send my mail to me,They told me that my license is afraud,since my bank card was lost I went there to get a replacement.The representative had me go through a security questions,It think I Ace it.But he felt,it wasn't good enough..I open my appt and still not satisfied with all of my answers.I was disappointed,,so i got up and went about my business, very fustrated,I went back home in Tennessee.I need cash out to pay my rent.Do I'm waiting for my bank card,my land lord is the kindest person I know, I'm still waiting for my bank card..

Horrible service the lady was rude to these people in front of me . Maybe because they looked homeless but she didn’t answer any of there questions or nothing I felt bad . Then it’s my go I greeted her she ignored me and was like “ what u want “ so I told her she was like I can’t help you and when I was explaining she walked off and stated complaining that she’s cold . The most unprofessional places I’ve been to . I been banking with Woodforest for like 5 years . The only reason I went to this location the other location was closed for the day due to weather . I’ll find out the ladies name and make another post about her . ??????

They put a hold on our loan disbursement check...so a bank won’t honor a check from another bank...causing us to have to delay the close on our new home. This is just the icing on the cake...10 year customer with excellent standing on all accounts and can’t even get a loan through these jokers...not for a car...not for a house... SWITCHING BANKS!!! And let’s talk about the ridiculous atm fees...DONE!!!

This little bank is GREAT! I almost never post reviews about anything. I am not related to or connected in any way to the people at this bank. I am just a customer that has done business with many different banks over the years. The manager at this branch, Patricia Lockett, is one of the nicest, most helpful and knowledgeable, bank employees that I have ever dealt with. She's a very good leader and it shows in the in the way all of the employees deal with their customers. The esprit de cor is contagious and makes going to this bank something I actually look forward to. How rare to go to any store in this day and time where every employee is HAPPY and wants to help the customers!

I've been to two wildfires locations in huntsville Al and one in madison al. All three locations has loud ghetto rap music playing and the staff was unprofessional. The music was so loud you couldn't hear the tellers and was very distracting.

I wont go here since they are rude most of the time and when the atm was out they said to me i could just go through the check out line get money there. So teller and manager didnt have any customer services and this was my first time going to this one. I have been to university drive since then and i am happy with that branch.
