Xfinity has been the worst internet provider for me. Their service always disconnects randomly and I can never get ahold of customer service. Switched to google fiber and never had an issue

Their digging contractors cut my existing fiber, dug up everyone's sod, and left mud all over the sidewalks and street. Absolute amateurs.
Edit: they cut my fiber again a month or so later. Thank you for cutting my fiber twice.

Went in to return some equipment. Overall the customer service was great. Corian helped me and he was very friendly. I was in and out. I do wish someone had added me to the waiting list for assistance as soon as I walked in though.

More interested in getting a good review than actually providing service. When installing service after moving from out of state, new account had to be created. The technician who did not have mastery of the English language but kept interrupting me mid sentence did not inform me that he installed a 250 foot bright Orange cable from the street through the yard I had to mow. When I called him after seeing this cable, he was hurried because he was on another job. He told me they likely would come bury the cable in about 3 days, and that I would receive an email requesting permission to bury the cable. I confirmed I was ok with that, but 17 days later I am still waiting for any communication from xfinity. Also impossible to talk to a person at customer service, and you cannot call the store because the number provided is for the entire shopping complex. When in store, you are not even acknowledged until they are finished with their previous customer. The bridge street store reminds me of the contract store in my previous location, that was known for poor service compared to xfinity employees.

This is a nice store... but it's buried within an outdoor shopping mall complex. Very difficult for seniors to get to.

Great services and good value. They have always worked to give me best services and best price. Renewal is easy, and adding or changing services is easy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good location, lots of parking and short walk to store from the lot. Never had to wait to discuss issues or update plan. Nothing negative to report. ?

Jessica was amazing in helping me switch to Xfinity Mobile and getting my son a new phone, when I saw amazing she went above in beyond to ensure that I was taken care of, even with the global outage she still found a way to help me , I highly recommend talking to her for all your needs at xfinity.

Awful company. Put in our cancel notice returned the advance payments to our account now they’re charging an extra month past the cancel notice and fees. Go somewhere else for wifi. Worst company I’ve dealt with. You’d have better luck with wow (which says a lot) or google fiber! If I could put 0 stars I would.
I’ll be going in person to see if they can change the wrong but until then worst company I’ve dealt with.

Never using Xfinity again horrible service. There are constant outages that last for hours. Literally can’t use devices because of this issue.

The small woman who greeted us was incredibly rude. We waited over an hour bc they only had one person who was helping customers. Moe was wonderful and very helpful. I wish I could give the store 5 stars bc of how great she was. The woman all the front was so rude and dismissive like she didn't want to be there, which honestly made me want to take my business elsewhere.
