I will NEVER and I mean NEVER go back to this place for any type of service. They were the only shop open at 9:20 am in the area.
I am accustomed to pedicures, basic, costing $25 no more than $30. Here, the basic pedicure cost more than a basic manicure being $25 without gel polish.
The man who helped me was the only person in the shop and talking on speaker phone to UAB financial services.
He not once put any soaking powder in the water which was cold, less lukewarm. He barely trimmed my cuticles and exfoliated the bottom of my feet. He did not clean under my toe nails.
When it came time to dry the regular polish I’d chose, I was introduced to miniature fans under the table that did a poor job at drying my wet toenails.
I gave him a pass thinking it would be $25 only to discover the charge was $40 which it was not worth it.
I give them 1 star for I did choose the color I wanted. Beware!

If you are looking for a place to get nails removal DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!! RIP OFF!!!I went to this nail place to get my powered nails removed as I was in town. The lady was nice and welcoming and she was fast removing them under 5 mins! I was impressed, but not impressed when I received a bill for it! $20 total to remove a nail polish that took her less then 5 mins! I know nail salons charges between $5-$12 to remove nail polish and she charged me $20!!! Rip off!! I could get a whole new manicure for that price! I didn’t want a manicure.She even acted stranger when she told me the price and I thought she said 12 which I was fine with but was shocked after charged! I misheard her. She don’t speak English fluently. I couldn’t do nothing about it I don’t have time to argue as I’m in town for a short visit.If you are looking for a place to get nails removal DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!! RIP OFF!!! I want my money back!!!Service: Polish removal

Went for a fill in for the 1st time here yesterday. They were very nice and I was in and out fast. But unfortunately my nails didn't turn out so great.. They weren't Cut down evenly they weren't filed evenly and the gel is already chipping off.and its been 24hrs.Service: Gel manicures

I am very disappointed in the service today. My gel manicure was not good today. I don't like when the technician uses the rotor and sands the nail bed and he left ragged edges when he filed my nails. Then the polish is already chipping in some places.... very disappointed. Will not return.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXES!! I never in my life have ever left a bad review, but this time it’s a little different. I ignored several red flags coming into this establishment. First off, when i came in i was completely ignored. After about 3-5 minutes, a woman came through the door and it was an employee. I only wanted an eyebrow wax. After waiting for 2 minutes or so, she asked me to come back. The first photo is what i referenced as the shape i wanted. she replied with “we don’t do that here, we only clean up.” I found it a little odd, but i thought okay, whatever. red flag #2. moving on to red flag #3, the wax definitely didn’t feel hot enough, but i thought, “ whatever, she may be using a wax that may not need the usual amount of heat.” no biggie. then came the clean up part, the plucking of leftover hairs which is to be expected. Once done, she never handed me a mirror like most places do, just to make sure i’m satisfied with the look. red flag #4. i simply was asked to go check out and paid $15. it’s the absolute worst $15 i’ve ever spent in my whole life. i walked to my car and looked in my car mirror looking the absolute same. I will never, ever EVER be coming back!!!Service: Waxing

Horrible experience. I went in to get my sis/dip nails removed that I had done somewhere else. Normally you leave your nails in acetone for at least 10-15 mins. They left my nails soaking for maybe 4 minutes and then used the drill to scrape off the layers of sis/dip powder on my nails and shaved down my nails to the point they are paper thin and I could feel the heat form the drill. My nails will be ruined for at least 6 months now. BE CAREFUL!!!

So the Guy did my pedicure like it was his first day in Nail school. He didn’t ask what type of pedicure I wanted not put any soap In the water. He didnt push a cuticle back or anything that comes with a normal pedicure. No one was In there so I don’t know what the problem was. Then when I requested an overlay on my natural nails he half a$& did that and the picture is proof. To add the cherry on top charged $72.00, I will NEVER and I sincerely say this NEVER go to this establishment. I have tried and this is my last time. They may have 100 from the health department for cleanliness but they have a -0 for Service.Services: Manicures

Very good feet & legs massage with pedicure. Manicure also had arm & hand-finger massage. Efficient & thorough. Facility totally clean & felt like a safe place. Employees wore gloves & masks. There are plexiglass shields protecting space between client & employee at manicure stations.Services: Foot massages
