The team at ABC Towing is efficient, communicative, and kind. I called earlier this evening and a gentleman picked up on the second ring. He was friendly and reassuring and explained the (very reasonable) costs. Then, when his driver was on his way, he texted me to let me know. In total, we waited maybe 30 minutes before he texted, then the driver, Robert, arrived about ten minutes or so later. Robert was so wonderful. I want every tow truck driver I meet to be like Robert. He was quick and kind and a pro at maneuvering the vehicle. The payment process was super easy. It was a cold night, but he was in high spirits and super friendly and helpful. These are definitely the guys I’ll be contacting next time I need a tow.

Scamming their customers. Trusville AL office told my driver the service was $400/h. The service was less than an hour, semi trailer wheel pull out the ditch. Charged $880 after service completion. Stated they start counting service time from the customer call. So they start charging customers while sitting in the office/home, not for an actual service.
Response to your answer below: the driver being on a wrong route or others charging more, is not an excuse to more than double your quoted price after the service. This is not professional and it is called scam.

Brian was pleasant and professional in a difficult situation. Mt wife's car failed and came to a stop downtown Birmingham. The position at an off ramp with guardrails and people not moving over made it a challenge. We even found it difficult just to get out of the car. Brian took care of us and made a bad situation the best he could.

Robert, our tow driver was amazing.He was very careful in helping us with a horrible day of a major car issue.You see, I had my elderly parents with me and my dog.He was very kind and of course was perfect at his job.Kudos to Robert and ABC!!Robby Duty

We broke down on a Sunday around mid-day. We were told by the dispatcher that the truck would arrive in about 30 minutes. Normally, this means an hour, but to our surprise, the truck arrived in less than 15 minutes, loaded our vehicle and had us to where we needed to be in less than 1 hour. The driver was Berry and he was great.Service: Car towing
