The sales staff is excellent. Steve Colter is very knowledgeable of Audi vehicles and very professional. Smitty helped expedite the financial process when they were very busy and under staffed that day. Josh was great assistance with Audi app. Definitely recommend Audi Birmingham.

I traded my A5 for a Q5 and my sales person Davis was great but the finance manager Maurice has not been helpful. I have gotten the run around for 3 months on getting my refund for the extra services i purchased and i have never had this problem at any of the other four audi dealers have done business with. I am a 100% disabled veteran and I will be warning other vets not to do business here.

The experience was laid back and awesome!!!! Everyone was super nice and down to earth!!! So glad I drove 3 hours to purchase my car from this dealership. I recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great place to do business with!!!! :)

I traded my car at the dealership 3 months ago and I'm still waiting on my refund of my gap insurance and tire package from my traded car. I have been getting the run and around and nothing but excuses from the finance Manger Maurice. I have never had this problem at any of the 4 other Audi dealerships I have dealt with. I'm a 100 % disabled Veteran and I need my hard hard earned money. I would not recommend this dealership DT

HORRIBLE!! My son went to buy his very first car on his own. We went there and he picked out a used Ford Focus. They said they had to keep it a couple of weeks to put through maintenance to make sure it was good. We left it.Went to pick it up and they railroaded him into buying a warranty. He no more than drove it home and it started making a weird "jumping/skipping" noise. He had to find a Ford dealership that would accept the warranty which took forever, and we took it to 3 dealerships before we found one. They said it was transmission, left it for 3 weeks paid $900 (we were told it was a $500 deductible) got it home and it was doing the same thing. Took it back, IT IS STILL THERE now they say it is an engine issue. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL DID THE AUDI MECHANICS DO OR CHECK OUT? They should have fixed this before they sold it to my son!!! Mind you, this purchase was made early/mid summer. HE STILL HAS NO CAR AND IS PAYING A CAR NOTE AND FOR THIS RIDICULOUS WARRANTY!!! I would not buy a thing from Audi of Birmingham....they just want the sale and do not care about the quality of the item they are selling!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! AND I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!!

Esau was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He spent time with us to answer our questions and reviewed options. We purchased a Q7, and felt like we received a fair offer based on the research we performed. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and stayed after hours to complete the financing paperwork.

The salesman was very nice. To be honest, we really came in to get an oil change and decided to just look around and see what' cars were part of the inventory. So, my son decided to see if he could get a new one and he did. I had been thinking about downsizing my SUV to something smaller. After looking at the Audi Q3 and discovering it took regular gas. I suddenly became interested. Also, the Q3 I was looking at was white and the color I wanted. I decided to purchase it. So far, it was one of the best car purchases I've made.Thanks to Easu, the Salesman's professionalism, courtesy, knowledge of the vehicle, and overall representation of the company, I am now an Audi driver. Also, I am more than happy to refer others to visit him.

I wouldn't recommend them for anything whatsoever. Worst experience I've ever had dealing with a car dealership in my life. They wasted my time, my gas, my energy. I called about a Lincoln Navigator they had on the lot. I believe it was a 2016 L edition for I wan to say 28 or 27000. I had a check on my person for the full amount from Navy Federal. I had set up to see the vehicle less than thirty minutes before through the Internet sales manager. I want to say his name last name was Kim. We talked at length, he told me the vehicle was there and they'd get it ready for me. I got there within 30 minutes. When I got there, they opened the door , asked us who we were there for, and a tall slim black man( can't remember his name but he was brown skinned with a ceaser cut,) told us he was the Internet guy, but they would go get the vehicle for me. After about 10-15 of me and my wife walking the parking lot, we walked back to the building, wondering why it was taking so long. The salesman comes back a few minutes later and says someone sold the car. That morning. In less than thirty minutes after they opened, when I was the first person there, and I had talked to someone less than thirty minutes prior to me arriving that told me the vehicle was still there. Even if they did sell it, which I doubt, very very seriously, they could have called and prevented me from going all the way out there when the vehicle was sold. Even if you call and talk to someone there is no guarantee that the information they give you, or the information on the site is accurate. Don't waste your time.Or gas, like I did.

I had a fantastic experience in purchasing my car from Audi Birmingham. This was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. The atmosphere was genuinely friendly, no sales pressure, and straight forward pricing. I will return again for my next car purchase.
