I have to say Im very disappointed in the service I received there.
My son had taken his car there and they had done a ok job on it. I went there and met with the owner. He stated he would have me a estimate that evening. I called and spoke to them for over a week and they were going to resend. I have never known anyone that didnt want any new business.After over a week of calling them and them supposedly getting back to me I went to another repair place and they did me the way you should be treated and had me a estimate before i left the building. I would not and cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

this is a wonderful business. I had a scratch needing repair on a premium luxury vehicle and the owner offered me a very reasonable price. They did an excellent job repainting and repairing! Very quick turnaround time as well. Again, thank you so much. Will forever use this place for body repair.

My detailed contact info. It's been 3 weeks and nothing! I even called twice and both times was told my estimate would be sent to my email by the end of the day.

This place has great reviews. Called to set appointment. He said none needed. Took my car to him for a quote on 11/06/2023. He said he would email it later on. I didn’t hear from him. So I went back on 11/09/2023. Still no quote. I don’t think he wants my business so I’m moving forward with the quote I have elsewhere.

If I could give this company 25 stars I would. The owner gave me an initial estimate of $3,600, then Only charged me $3000 when job was completed. He is kind, honest and does excellent work. My daughter backed her RAV4 into a tree, causing extensive damage to the rear hatch and floor pan. The estimates I got from Joe Hudson were many thousands of dollars higher, and I wasn't sure the car was even fixable until I went to Irondale Collision. Thanks to them it is now back on the road and looks great. Thank you Irondale Collision! Phil Griffin

I regret taking my car here. I hit a deer in December and it tore the car up pretty good with damage to my roof, hood, headlight, side door and mirror. Upon picking up my vehicle the roof looked like they had just tried to use a dent remover kit, the "new" headlight had moisture in it and the hood did not sit flush with the other panels around it. When I questioned about the hood "well you can only see it from a certain angle". When I asked about the headlight I was told my original one will eventually start to look that way. I cried on my way home in frustration and have considered selling it because all I see are the flaws now. I will never recommend this business for body work.Service: Body & Trim
